What an embarrassing afternoon for Reform UK.
Farage and Jenrick unveiled their economic plans to a half-empty hall in central London. Asked about the empty seats, Farage first blamed “staff incompetence”, then suggested the businessmen invited were simply too busy to attend.
How disgraceful to publicly humiliate your own staff rather than take responsibility.
An event meant to showcase Reform’s readiness for government instead showed how quickly Farage blames others when things go wrong.
You just know what sort of man he is to work with. If he’s this willing to blame his staff publicly, who knows what kind of behaviour is going on behind closed doors.
Flávio Bolsonaro wants Brazil’s election annulled because, he claims, Lula “changed the rules halfway through the game” by extending voting hours.
There’s just one rather inconvenient detail. Bolsonaro’s own campaign ALSO requested an extension!
His request covered specific areas, while Lula’s was nationwide, but both wanted voting hours extended.
Now, having lost by 4.4 million votes, he wants the result overturned over a measure his own campaign supported.
Quite extraordinary.

🇷🇸 Aleksandar Vučić
🇧🇷 Flávio Bolsonaro
Next Up:
🇮🇱 Benjamin Netanyahu: 10/27/2026
🇺🇸 Donald Trump 11/03/2026
All Gas.
No Brakes.
In news that will surprise absolutely nobody, Brazil’s far-right Flávio Bolsonaro claims the election was rigged after losing to Lula.
This from the man who promised to free his father, jailed for plotting a coup to overturn his own election defeat. Some nerve to cry corruption.
Trump cried fraud when he lost in 2020. Farage alleged cheating after losing Gorton and Denton, despite police finding no evidence of criminality.
They lose, cry corruption and challenge the result.
Losers.

Brexit has been catastrophic. It's time to rejoin the EU.

What an extraordinary night for democracy!
In Brazil, Lula has defeated the far right in a dramatic electoral comeback.
In Serbia, a student-led movement has toppled Vučić’s authoritarian government after nearly two years of protests.
Two countries, thousands of miles apart, have delivered enormous blows to the nationalist right.
A powerful reminder of what ordinary people can achieve when they organise and refuse to give up.
Next up, it’s America’s turn.
This is moment of maximum danger for Reform. You can broadly split current Reform voters into 2 groups - true believers & 'just want a right wing govt'. The second are much more transactional & if the Tories start to look like the vehicle to defeat Labour they'll go back to them
Conservatives overtake Reform for the first time since January 2025 in our poll tracker. Labour still rising economist.com/interactive/20…

The new Chair of OfCom has rather oddly suggested I should set up a left wing version of GB News. This suggests he doesn’t quite know what his job is. But I have taken him at his word… independent.co.uk/voices/gb-…
This really is pathetic. She wouldn’t have moaned if he was raising money for a charity engaged in delivering aid for Palestine, I bet.
Moaning for the sake of moaning. Party political parlour games.
'Is that a really good use of his time?'
'Raising money for a cancer charity?'

The Prime Minister presented a special recognition award at the Pride of Britain Awards to honour the founders of Andy’s Man Club, Elaine and Luke.
In 2016, Andy Roberts, Elaine’s son and Luke’s brother-in-law, tragically took his own life at just 23 years old. The pair went on to create Andy's Man Club, a male suicide prevention charity that has grown from a single group in Halifax to more than 360 groups nationwide.
Through its mission to break the stigma around men’s mental health, Andy’s Man Club has saved thousands of lives and inspired men to speak up when they need help 🤝

🌹Burnham wins handily against all alternatives, closest but still clear against Badenoch, overwhelmingly against Polanski.
🌳Badenoch beats the other 4 leaders.
➡️Farage only wins against Polanski
🌍Polanski now loses all of the head to heads
Lowe above Farage/Polanski but caveat of much lower name recognition.

This guy isn’t living in the real world.
You’re going to need a massive turnaround in support which, by all measures, doesn’t appear likely.
Wishful thinking, this.

EXCL: Nigel Farage’s newest billionaire donor was in business with a powerful Iranian religious foundation under the authority of the country’s supreme leader, raising questions about his past dealings with the hardline republic.
Hossein Ghandehari, also called Sasan, was little known in the UK until he pledged to give millions to Reform UK this summer and donated £50,000 to Farage to cover the cost of two passes for the Davos World Economic Forum.
