Jack Ray sat 89-92 at Tread's Transfer Portal Showcase as a D2 arm. ⁠ ⁠ @Jack_Ray123 earned a D1 opportunity with Winthrop, but underwent Tommy John Surgery on 08/12/2025.⁠ ⁠ Early in his rehab, we focused on what he could do pain-free and attacked it. Building strength, owning movement, then gradually adding load, speed, and complexity. ⁠ ⁠ When it came time to throw, progressions were controlled, and the focus was on efficient movement. Letting the arm stay loose while the body did the work. 💪 ⁠ ⁠ 8 months post-op, Jack averaged 92.6, touching 94.2 in his first pen back. 🚀 Coach: @codywhitten4
