This has been happening for over 10years. The NSP and MRTBN say it's an internal matter. I say enough is enough. People should be able to do internship without hands finding their way under their skirts. Set a reminder for my upcoming Space! teapawt.net/i/spaces/1gqGvQeOORRKB

The same party that gave us a R that has an institute that has CPD programs approved before the official ones comes out and started the new trainings before the new policy came out. If you like don’t vote properly.

Building capability. Strengthening how we deliver cloud transformation. 🇬🇧 Our CEO, Engr. Somtochukwu Ezepue R.Eng PMP, MBA, AWS was at the Amazon Web Services (AWS) Experience-Based Acceleration (EBA) Partner Certification Day in London, an immersive programme designed to help AWS partners understand and apply the EBA approach to customer engagements. Through practical activities, collaborative discussions and hands-on simulations, the day explored how experience-based learning can help organisations approach cloud migration and modernisation with greater clarity and confidence. It was also an opportunity to connect with fellow members of the Amazon Web Services (AWS) ecosystem, exchange perspectives and learn from the people contributing to the cloud community. The day also created valuable opportunities for our CEO, Engr. Somtochukwu Ezepue, to connect with key members of the AWS and partner ecosystem, Chirag Barhate CHAI from CloudHedge, Mandy Carter, and Niki Moshiri from Amazon Web Services (AWS). For Arthurite, experiences like these help us continue deepening our understanding and strengthening the capabilities we bring to businesses on their cloud journeys. @AWS @AWS_Partners #AWS #AWSPartners #ExperienceBasedAcceleration #CloudMigration #CloudModernization #ArthuriteIntegrated

So happy Mehn…. What lower level would have done to not just physio but healthcare in Nigeria would have been horrible. Everytime I listened to MRTBN justify it I had goosebumps with how greedy they sounded. Thank you NSP/ACAPN and FMOH for doing this for Nigerian healthcare.
BREAKING NEWS🔥📌❤️🥂✨️🥳 MINISTRY OF HEALTH STEPS DOWN DIPLOMA AND MIDDLE-CADRE TRAINING IN PHYSIOTHERAPY The Honourable Minister of State for Health, Dr. Iziaq Adekunle Salako, has officially stepped down the proposed diploma training in physiotherapy and any form of middle-cadre training in physiotherapy and other medical rehabilitation professions in Nigeria. This decision was reached at a meeting held today, September 16, 2026, at the instance of the Honourable Minister in his office. The meeting, which was convened by the Honourable Minister to resolve the disagreement between the Nigeria Society of Physiotherapy (NSP) and the Medical Rehabilitation Therapists Board of Nigeria (MRTBN) regarding the proposed creation of a middle cadre and diploma training in physiotherapy, ended with a resolution on the matter following an extensive and engaging deliberation. The meeting was chaired by the Honourable Minister of State for Health and attended by the Director of Regulations and Professional Schools and other top directors of the Federal Ministry of Health; the Director of the Community Health Board; the Registrar of the Medical Rehabilitation Therapists Board of Nigeria (MRTBN), Prof. Rufai Yusuf Ahmad; the President of the Nigeria Society of Physiotherapy (NSP), Dr. Oyinlola Felix Odusanya; the NSP Vice President, Dr. Usman Abba; and representatives of the President of the Association of Clinical and Academic Physiotherapists of Nigeria (ACAPN), Dr. Ayodele Alabi and Dr. Emmanuel Aliyu. The NSP President uses this opportunity to sincerely appreciate physiotherapists at home and abroad for standing firm in defence of the profession against a policy that could have taken physiotherapy several decades backward. Your support, solidarity, and relentless advocacy against this policy have contributed significantly to ensuring that it does not see the light of day. I urge all physiotherapists, both at home and abroad, to continue to provide this kind of affirmative support to our professional associations as we work together to establish a comprehensive rehabilitation policy for the country. The visibility, unity, and active engagement of our professional associations are critical at this important phase of rehabilitation policy development. Therefore, all hands must remain on deck to ensure that our collective professional interests are protected at all times. Thank you. Dr. Oyinlola Felix Odusanya President, Nigeria Society of Physiotherapy
