Good old @CrossCountryUK !! Short staffed again so their poor catering staff have to dash between standard class and first class. They really are a shocking company!!!
10.35 train from Newcastle to Reading. No catering until Birmingham . Even in First Class. @CrossCountryUK really is the worst rail company. Your customers and staff deserve better.
So the usual appalling service on @CrossCountryUK . No catering in 1st Class! If you are able to You can walk to the other end of the train and purchase one!!! Shocking.
So- no catering on the 16.10 Sheffield to Plymouth train! Well done @CrossCountryUK I’m so glad I purchased a first class ticket!! Terrible service.
