$1M NIL deal… or no snaps? 👀
Jacob Piasecki breaks down the harsh truth: the biggest paycheck doesn’t always mean the biggest opportunity.
Do you take the guaranteed $1M and sit the bench… or bet on yourself and fight for the starting job that could change your career?

A few years ago I made the decision to step away from broadcasting, attend @SeligSLB, and chase being a sports agent. After a lot of prayer, it became clear this was the right path for me.
Almost 2 years ago, I took a job as an NIL agent with @APSportsAgency.
Last month, I found out I passed the NFLPA agent exam. And yesterday, I officially became a certified NFL agent.
I’m so grateful to @Jacob_Piasecki_ & @StefanAguilera7 for giving me the opportunity to start a new division of the company. Let’s go!!!

God First, Always☝️
For those who don’t know how we got here, @APSportsAgency was built on a foundation of faith, hard work, and selflessness. One year ago, Jacob & I traveled the country for A&P’s 2nd annual tour, securing NIL deals for our athletes, pouring 100% into our clients and trusting God to lead the way. We expected nothing in return—only to put our athletes first and let our faith guide us.
It’s always an honor to meet with Dan T. Cathy, Chairman of @ChickfilA , whose leadership is rooted in the same values we hold dear. Chick-fil-A’s unwavering commitment to service, integrity, and putting people first mirrors exactly what we strive for at A&P. Like Dan and his team, we believe in building a legacy that prioritizes faith, family, and putting others before ourselves.
As we continue to grow and scale our agency, there are two things that will never change—putting God and our clients at the forefront of everything we do. We are blessed to be on this journey and grateful for the incredible opportunities ahead.
