In decades to come footage like this will be played on a loop in museums.
In sombre black lettering beneath it will say - "At the time not a single Western news outlet broadcast these images."
It saddens and sickens me that Isreal continues to anhialate a country it already controlled plus WestBank, under the pretence of self defence. How can it continue such gross genocide on the basis of 'targetting' Hammas. It's clearly disproportionate, ethnic cleansing & inhumane.

So... all the time.... Biden was in fact good in being President
The decline over last decade in nurses HVs, SNs is appalling & has contributed to poor state of health of CYP, lack of universal family support, school support & public health. The paucity of mental illness treatment & care is criminal too. Neglecting our next generation is tragic

As a career paed nurse,CYP deserve paed trained professionals. They are whole speciality not mini adults, they take a whole set of different skills to assess, interpret, relate to parents & treat as well as safeguarding nuances, not for minimally trained persons. It's dangerous.
Replying to @pa_StephenNash @puccarts
The curriculum doesn't seem to cover the most basic winter conditions in paediatrics: bronchiolitis and viral induced wheeze. So many of the topics 'safeguarding' could be a 2 year masters on their own, so the 'curriculum' doesn't say what depth someone has learnt a topic.
As nurse consultant in paed critical care,I made critical decisions,I led junior Drs to reconsider t'ment plans, flagged critical issues, contributed to multidiscianary clinical meetings, helped shape policy & taught non specialist doctors skills& knowledge of my speciality.

And yet... the people starving the NHS of ££, MPs get heavily subsidised restaurant food, refreshments and many cheap bars.
They drink at work, party in Covid, don't pay for parking, get overly generous expenses and good pay!!!!!

The Cabinet Office’s lawyers argued that the release of information about Sunak’s financial dealings during his time at No 10 is not in the public interest.
We think the public has a right to know who was managing the PM’s investments – do you agree?

“We need to leave the ECHR so we can deport people that come illegally & take back control of our borders & that’s what the public wants”
RT if you disagree with his populist boll**** the UK should join Russia & Belarus outside the ECHR
HVs & SNs always had such great public health potential for early identification & early intervention work, if kept universal, supporting families with babies & children,SNs supporting children & schools. It was dessimated,Training needed tweeking too for more baby/child in it.

Caroline Lucas of the Green Party reckons that Water needs to be Renationalised.
RT if you know it has to be.
They have people titled matron now, but it doesn't work as whole system & culture has changed. The rot started with project 2000 insisting on degrees, then too much political interference in NHS eg:targets:purchaser provider,PCGs,PCT,CCGs,new GP contract& Tory underfunding.😟

A Junior Doctor can buy a single sandwich for £3 in the hospital cafeteria and has to pay.
A MP can get British Beef and potato paprika goulash for £3.19 and then make you pay.
They also get free parking and Junior Doctors pay £1300.
I know who deserves a pay rise.

“Privatisation has failed because there is no market in water. It should be seen as a public good, not something for somebody to make a profit from.”
Well said Chrissie, couldn’t agree more.

So true,it was a nightmare as parent of daughter with anorexia. The lack of access to treatment, no support & then the sense of blame&stigma. As Paed nurse I wished she had cancer, more chance of good treatment, higher chance of recovery, better understanding & lots of support.
If a child has cancer they can access specialist cancer care, Kidney issues? it’s renal care, CF? specialist services
So why can’t children in care or YP who are care experienced access specialist Mental Health support consistently? Lets do better transformationpartners.nhs.u…...
