Tomáš Rosický was rushed to intensive care last Tuesday with heart-related issues.
No surgery was needed and his condition is now stable.
Wishing the former Arsenal midfielder a full and speedy recovery. 🙏🇨🇿

Read this however many times you need to so you can come back to reality. Because the discourse on socials is a level of toxicity that is now rivaling the late Wenger years and there’s NO reason for it.

Arsenal and Aston Villa both through to the quarter finals.
Both sets of fans await permission from Liverpool fans as to whether they are allowed to enjoy it.

Before Mikel Arteta arrived:
- Chelsea 6-0 Arsenal
- Liverpool 5-1 Arsenal
- Manchester United 8-2 Arsenal
- Manchester City 6-3 Arsenal
- Liverpool 4-0 Arsenal
Now Mikel Arteta’s Arsenal are 18 games undefeated against the traditional top six teams in the Premier League.
And some of you want him sacked? Don’t make me laugh.

For Arsenal fans, it has felt like the season in which everything has gone against them.
They have had their challenges: star players returning exhausted from the European Championship, a tough run of away games to start the season, a choke-slam on Kai Havertz going unpunished in the opening game, summer signing Mikel Merino fracturing his shoulder in his first training session, Martin Odegaard missing two months after getting injured on international duty, Declan Rice being sent off for nudging the ball away and missing the north London derby, Leandro Trossard being sent off for kicking the ball away 0.84 seconds after the whistle, John Stones equalising for Manchester City at the Etihad in the 98th minute, William Saliba being sent off against Bournemouth on a VAR review and missing the Liverpool game, four separate injuries for Ricardo Calafiori in his first six months at the club, knee surgery for Ben White, Takehiro Tomiyasu being out at the same time forcing Thomas Partey to right-back, sporting director Edu resigning midway through the season, a late winner at Fulham being ruled out by the tightest of offside calls, Rice's broken toe, Bukayo Saka's serious hamstring injury, Ethan Nwaneri stepping in to replace Saka and then getting injured himself, a penalty awarded against them at Brighton & Hove Albion for a clash of heads, another challenging FA Cup draw, Gabriel Jesus tearing his anterior cruciate ligament shortly after seemingly finding form, a total of 27 injuries across the squad disrupting consistency of selection, one week of massive underperformance of XG (expected goals) leaving them facing the prospect of elimination from both domestic cups, and Myles Lewis-Skelly being controversially sent off against
Wolverhampton Wanderers and earning a three-game ban for what appeared to be a yellow-card offence.
Arsenal’s list of misfortunes is long enough to derail a season. And yet, they’re still alive and fighting…

How the PGMOL works;
1. Ref makes shocking decision.
2. VAR hides behind technicalities to back shocking decision as mistake is 'not clear & obvious' in their eyes.
3. Fans are outraged.
4. Howard Webb makes some statement 'explaining' in jargon why said shocking decision was in fact the correct call. If no explanation is possible he falls back on the default response of 'the ref didn't want to ruin the game'.
5. Sky Sports pundits back PGMOL.
6. Fans even more outraged at the doubling down of a shocking decision.
7. An idiot makes a threat on social media towards the ref.
8. PGMOL release a statement to the media about said threat.
9. The deflection of the narrative garners sympathy and takes the heat off the PGMOL.
10. Refereeing standards in the Premier League continue to plummet.
11. Rinse and repeat...

Keep sharing it Arsenal fans. We can’t let it happen again.
I never want to see Michael Oliver referee another Arsenal game again.
🚨It’s corruption and I would honestly respect Arsenal more if they refuse to come out for the second half.
The club need to make sure Michael Oliver can never referee an Arsenal game again. Enough is enough. It’s bias. It’s corruption. It can’t continue to happen.
Arsenal need to make a statement. However they do it, I don’t care but this can’t continue.
Fuck the Premier League. Fuck Michael Oliver.

Phil Jagielka would have been as good a partner for Koscielny/Mertescker as anyone in the league, if a not replacement for either. Agree?
