Reservation was confirmed for a property that no longer accepts reservations. Owner had asked for it to be taken down. Wasn’t.
Your support fleet hasn’t been be able
To find a replacement property that has enough places to sleep or pet-friendly.
The lack of help is unacceptable. We’re at risk not having a place to stay due to your site’s negligence and total lack of support.
In case you’re wondering how to solve this issue:
1. Get the original booking.com listing down.
2. Train your support staff on how to use your data base
3. Decrease hold times to less than 30 minutes.
4. Escalate issues to supervisers when customers want
