A pair of pins for Beckett (right) in his 7th grade @MV_Wrestling debut, with sophomore bro (twin) Greyson cheering him on.
WaMaC meet concludes Beckett’s first middle school sport. 6th Krob kid is so far fastest long distance runner. MVLXC is a great program with supportive coaches and teammates.
This is my happy place. These kids are awesome — they work hard and are open to learning. Grateful to coach them (including my sons). @AYSO_Soccer
When the 1981 @MVCSDMustangs class reunion joins you for homecoming pictures. This is classic Sutliff.
What a town! @CornellRams soccer playing on one side…50 yards away @MVCSDMustangs football playing
My happy place, coaching @AYSO_Soccer Awesome to have 3 teams totaling 60 12U/14U boys on the pitch this afternoon in Mount Vernon for our first practices of the season. The sport is alive and well (and growing) here.
Didn’t make it to a World Cup game, so Union Omaha will have to do. As long as it’s competitive pro soccer, this kid is happy
That’s a wrap. 3 consecutive 2-week summer sessions at @GSBWI @UWMadison, plus projects galore in between. Keep learning, kids!
Good work, Greta!

Happy 31st to oldest son Sonny. He’s always thankful and happy for even the smallest things (markers, word find books, a fast food burger, Mountain Dew). We can all be more like Sonny!
6 Krob guys + 3 exceptional Iowa guides/hosts + 1 Canada lake + 30 hours of walleye hunting = 1,000 memories.
If you want to see pure joy in sport, and brighten your day, go to Prospect Meadows 6:15 each Tuesday through mid-July, where these awesome Discovery Living residents (including son Sonny) play ball
These hardworking, quick-to-learn goofballs just won 2-1 in constant rain for the AYSO 12U title. It’s been my treat to coach them.
