Clever this. Colchester defence set, line high for the set piece. Work it short on a dummy run. Makes the ColU defence drop in to protect their box from open play. Means Warhurst gets a header on the edge of the 6 yard box rather than in between pen spot & edge of box #ntfc

What a ball that is btw

Big three points. I make that four good performances in a row. Building! #ntfc

Oh Owen Dale. Clean through. Tries to take it round the keeper but doesn't get it right #ntfc

Warhurst off for List. Excellent today 2-0 81' #ntfc

Cobblers have a handle on this game now as Dale fires just wide 2-0 79' #ntfc

Powell on for Maxwell. Whitmarsh on for Hoskins 2-0 67' #ntfc

OFF THE POST! Great strike from the edge of the box from C.Evans. Low fizzer smacks off the post 2-0 56' #ntfc

Ball given away by Colchester. Dale capitalises, drives in to the box and squares for Hosins to finish. BIG GOAL!!! 2-0 50' #ntfc

GOAL!!! HOSKINS!!!

Second half underway #ntfc

Good half. Scored whilst on top. But Colchester have had two big chances. Would like the Cobblers to have a bit more control #ntfc

2 minutes added on #ntfc

Huge mix up at the back and the Colchester keeper just gets there ahead of Wormleighton who had a tap in 1-0 43' #ntfc

BIG CHANCE! Again should be 1-1. Cross in and Ihionvien gets in behind Guthrie 6 yards out and heads wide 1-0 39' #ntfc

Colchester having a lot of the ball now. Cobblers not looking after the ball 1-0 24' #ntfc

BIG CHANCE! Should be 1-1. Ball pulled back to Ben Perry who hits it straight at Jeacock. Let off 1-0 15' #ntfc

Lovely created set piece. Evans short to Evans. Works it back to L. Evans who whips a lovely cross in for Warhurst to head home 1-0 9' #ntfc

GOAL!!! WARHURST!!!

Good start. Early pressure from the Cobblers. Dale bright down the right and stands a good cross up 4' 0-0 #ntfc
