DEVELOPING STORY: Arkansas Presidential Electors in question because of GOP in-fighting. Suzi Parker broke the story and it is potentially major. As I learn more, I’ll share more. southarkansasreckoning.com/p…

Let me make this crystal clear… 1) I don’t have a problem speaking my mind to the press If I have something to say. 2) I don’t violate the confidences of my colleagues in our closed door meetings. I’ve had practice with keeping people’s most private conversations; private (atty/client privilege). 3) if someone tries to recount my words, DON’T… I know how to convey them myself. 4) finally, I did attend the caucus meeting, today. I DID NOT speak! Out of respect for my colleagues that hadn’t been heard, I listened. I’ve been on local & national news, both print & tv, on panels, podcasts, social media, possibly even radio… I HAVE SAID WHAT I SAID & haven’t changed, PERIOD! 5) RECAP; JOE BIDEN IS THE NOMINEE. He said he’s not stepping down & so I, Congresswoman Jasmine Felicia Crockett, Esq., AM RIDING WITH BIDEN; Period! I’ll do everything within my power to educate people about the threat that exists within project 2025, MAGA, Trump, etc. I am ready to work for the PEOPLE!!

Happy Leap Day! Speaking of leaps, here are places Gov. Sarah Sanders has flown to from Little Rock instead of driving: - Monticello (1 hr, 23 min drive) - El Dorado (2 hrs) - Jonesboro (2 hrs) - Fort Smith (2 hrs, 23 min) Justified? Explain, please.

It is approximately 52 degrees and sleeting. Yet another example of the reality of Climate Change. Plainly put, Climate Change is real.

Arkansas tops the country in violent crime after nine consecutive years of GOP leadership, debunking Governor Sanders’ claim that she’s not willing to accept the “woke left’s status quo.” 🤦🏻‍♂️

The red areas need Dems to put their name on the ballot so there's a choice. Hell, file just to annoy the R candidate by being obnoxious online. Run like you are a reporter on The Daily Show. Or run in name only by just having your name as the other choice on the ballot. #arpx

Happy Monday, y’all. I expect Democrats to file in nine (9) additional state House districts today, bringing us to at least 57 contested lower chamber races, the most in Arkansas since 2014. We’re going to work until right up til noon tomorrow to fill out the ballot. 🌅

Hot Springs friends, you are deeply devoid of representation on the 2024 ballot so far. We need some heroes to step up and run as Democrats in three Garland County seats. Send your ideas or interest ASAP.

I want to draw attention to 6 areas where people are considering running as fail-safes, but I need strong Dems to step up to help or identify folks who can run strong races. Areas where I need some help: Ashdown, De Queen, Hope, Nashville, Prescott, Murfreesboro, Camden, Magnolia, El Dorado, Fordyce.

Well folks… late last night there was more of the speaker shuffle, so here goes: 1) Byron Donalds lost, AGAIN. 2) Mike Johnson - who arrived to congress in ‘17, became the second speaker designate for the day. To be clear, he is yet another threat to democracy (seemingly a high qualification for this bunch). You probably never heard of him; I hadn’t & I work here, but The New York Times described Johnson as “the most important architect of the Electoral College objections.” The extremists love him & the moderates sound tired. 3) Over 20 Rs skipped out on the candlelight voting session last night where Johnson was elected. 4) We are voting, maybe, at noon EST. Tune in… we may get a speaker or we may get a sh*t show? 🤷🏽‍♀️

🚨🚨🚨MAINE SHOOTING UPDATE: A video still of the shooters gun in the Maine shooting appears to be an AR-15-style rifle. The SAME gun more than 30 law enforcement officers were AFRAID to confront in Uvalde that left 19 children dead. The SAME gun that’s been the weapon of choice in many of the most horrific mass shootings in recent memory, including the Covenant school shooting in Nashville just two weeks ago. The SAME gun brandished by Republican radicals like Marjorie Taylor Greene and Lauren Boebert. The SAME gun worn as a pin on the lapels of disgusting GOP lawmakers. This is what we need to scream everywhere: If 30 armed officers wearing full tactical gear with ballistic shields are too afraid to confront a single gunman with an AR-15, they SHOULD NOT be in the hands of civilians. We have the answer. It’s the guns. BAN ASSAULT RIFLES NOW. – at North Bethesda, MD
