Congratulations to the 2026 Executive Leadership Institute graduates! These 20 UT leaders invested 10 months in growing their skills, gaining new perspectives and building relationships across the UT System that will last well beyond the program.
My advice to them was simple: Learn. Lead. Listen. Keep learning from those around you. Look for opportunities to step forward, take on new challenges and put your leadership skills into practice. And never stop listening to different perspectives. The relationships and networks built through ELI make all of us stronger as One UT.
Investing in our people is an investment in the future of UT and Tennessee. Congratulations to all 20 graduates!
