Kenneth Walker, boyfriend of #BreonnaTaylor, sued Louisville for malicious prosecution after he was charged for firing at police during the raid that killed Taylor.
Charges were dropped but he wants immunity under KY's "stand your ground" law in case police try to re-charge him.

A man charged with drug trafficking was offered a plea deal if he'd list Breonna Taylor as a "co-defendant" โ even though she'd been dead 4 months, his lawyer says. He declined.
A lawyer for Taylor's family called it an attempt to tarnish her reputation.
