After 2020, something went wrong in society, and no one wants to discuss it.
And I'm not referring to COVID, lockdowns, or masks.
I'm referring to how life feels. Everything was reopened. We resumed our work. Restaurants were packed. The events returned. However, life still feels... different in some way.
Years pass more quickly. People experience a greater sense of alienation. Everything seems more costly, hurried, and stressful.
And for some reason, we're all always tired.
I can't even begin to describe what we lost.
I simply know that life was more vibrant prior to 2020.

I am entering a new season. The old pain will not follow me into what God has prepared for me. I am leaving behind fear, stress, and disappointment. God is doing something new in my life. New doors will open. New peace will come. I will no longer feel stuck. Everything is beginning to change. Very soon, I will experience a level of joy and peace I have never known before.
