Northern Lights over Montrose Beach! Never thought that I'd see something like this in Chicago! We could see them with the naked eye but the using a long exposure or higher ISO on the camera really brings out the details.

We get why you don’t understand it, don’t worry about us. If productivity is low compared to people that work 14 hours per day, than so it be . Our bosses have less millions in the bank so we can have an actual life.

Yup. Seen something similar to this play out before. US company seemed confused that they couldn't just fire someone out of nowhere (or make them sign a PIP/force them to resign - all typical options in the US). Proper labor protections are literally foreign to them.
