$ORCL
The CFO directly addressed the thing the market has been punishing Oracle for — its AI spending and debt.
She said free cash flow turns positive in the second half of fiscal 2028 and exceeds $30B in fiscal 2029 as capex declines, and that Oracle will limit additional capital raises to $20B through fiscal 2030.
On top of that: fiscal 2030 revenue forecast above $225B with operating margin over 40%, and fiscal 2027 guidance reaffirmed (revenue above $90B, EPS $8.10).
Oracle was the poster child for "who pays for all this AI buildout" anxiety, so clarity on financing eased exactly that fear.
Intel also expanded its partnership with Oracle Cloud today, which helped both names.
