Lamar Baseball: 1) Second most wins in the country 2) swept the Big 12 Champions on the road 3) Played Alcorn State last Tuesday because the selection committee told us not to cancel the game even though it dropped us 7 spots in the RPI Our kids deserve to be in a regional!

Texas men's basketball coach Chris Beard was arrested at 4:18 a.m. today and charged with a third-degree felony for strangulation. He was arrested by the Austin Police Department. Beard is currently in custody and has not gone through the bond process.
