one of the best answers, comments or summaries I've heard about the US mid terms by @JohnAmaechi.
Well worth a listen.

Putin thinks that the spirit of the Ukrainian people will break before the Russian economy does.
I think he's wrong, but I know Ukraine needs every bit of support we can give right now.

Last night, while you were sleeping or glued to the US election results, Musk spent over six hours deleting his posts and further tightening his algorithm.
Last night, we watched as Musk systematically erased all traces of the bots and trolls he used against you.
These small details don't go unnoticed by some of us.
Perhaps they do for you, since you still consider him a genius who suffers for the poor Russians sent for money to kill Ukrainians.

It looks like working class Americans are turning out to tell Trump what they think of his racist ICE.
Palantir works for ICE.
Itโs a disgrace Labour havenโt booted them out of the NHS.
Are you not embarrassed, ashamed?

So far this afternoon, officers have arrested 48 people. The majority of arrests have been for expressing support for a proscribed organisation.
Officers remain at the scene and are continuing to make arrests.

Patrick Stewart took a different approach to the Ice Bucket Challenge. Instead of pouring ice water over himself, he quietly wrote a cheque, poured himself a drink over ice and raised a glass. Even his charity work came with impeccable style.
RIP, Sir Patrick Stewart. ๐๏ธ

John Healey defended his low-key budget by emphasising a commitment to "fiscal discipline" to reassure sensitive bond markets.
By Bond Markets he means financial oligarchs.
Vichy Labour will let you freeze to death rather than upset the oligarchs because thatโs who they serve.

Why should a 25-year-old deserve the freedom to work across Europe, but not a 55-year-old starting a business?
Or a 70-year-old wanting to spend more time with family?
Freedom of Movement isn't a youth benefit.
It's a freedom for people of every age.
That was exciting. @My_Metro replacement bus sent down our bendy street by police due to an incident on its usual route. And it got stuck until we could find the owner of the Toyota parked in its turning circle. Hope no one missed a train or plane โ๏ธ!

I'm not going to name the school, but the @BBC's coverage of the antisemitism in schools report featured interviews with children from a Jewish school.
Here's the rub, though.
The school's own published curriculum explicitly teaches Zionism, celebrates the establishment of Israel and describes preparing pupils to become "positive advocates for Israel" at university.
It even references bringing in organisations such as StandWithUs to prepare pupils for that advocacy.
Now, let me be absolutely clear. There is nothing wrong with teaching Jewish history, culture or identity. And antisemitism must be challenged wherever it exists.
But when children are actively encouraged to advocate for a particular state, rather than critically examine its history, policies and actions, surely we have to question whether this is education or ideological conditioning?
And here's the staggering hypocrisy.
We're being told that schools must exercise political impartiality when discussing Palestine, while a school can openly describe preparing children to advocate for Israel.
Political impartiality cannot be a principle applied selectively, depending on which side of a conflict children are encouraged to support.
And the BBC has a responsibility to scrutinise that distinction, not simply present children's views without examining the educational environment in which those views have developed.
Children deserve an education that teaches them how to think, not what to think.

To be clear: both the Lib Dems and Labour are saying that they will refuse to form a coalition with the Greens, even if it as the expense of a Reform or Tory government, because of a Green Party conference motion condemning a political ideology thatโs led to genocide?
Really?

Antisemitism is serious.
Thatโs precisely why it should never be weaponised as a political football. Labour doing so should disgust people across every community.
And all this while they continue to arm a genocide and lock up pensioners.
Antisemitism is a cancer in our politics.
We fought hard to root it out of our party.
We will not stand by and watch it infect public life again.
