part 3 of building a business from $0: the website for sage & sand home cleaning. i'm not a designer so i played art director and let ai do the building. here's how it actually went
i flipped the color scheme from my own mockup and still rated it 7/10. fine, not premium. so it studied high end hotel and skincare brands, cut about 70 different font sizes down to 6, and stopped putting text over photos

picking a name for my cleaning business took longer than building the website. every name got scored out of 20 on 4 things: is anyone already using it, does it stand out, is it obvious it's a cleaner, and can i get the domain?
truehold was my favorite for a while. then i found a company called trueHold that sells websites to cleaning businesses. ask chatgpt about one and you might get the other. for a guy who does ai search that's a dealbreaker
