✔️🇺🇸🇺🇦 Cavoli: There is no evidence whatsoever that the Ukrainians have tried to steal or sell Western weapons during the entire war. The question was asked by Senator Richard Blumenthal. - I have heard from critics of military aid to Ukraine that a significant amount of the weapons we provide have been misappropriated, stolen, or missing. During each of my visits - and I have been to Ukraine six times - I have spoken to our military and logistics people in Poland, and they track literally every bullet that we have given to Ukraine, and there is no evidence of any negligence or waste. Do you agree? - Yes, I agree, Senator. It will be quite a task to find it all later - anyone who has been in combat knows how easy it is to misplace things or lose track of them. But we have not seen any deliberate attempts to transfer, sell or steal the weapons that the Ukrainians use to defend their country.
