Nobody gives refunds on the hours you spend worrying. Trust me, I asked. Customer service was NOT helpful.

For anyone dealing with hate raids, bot messages, etc in twitch chat, I recommend adding shield mode to your stream deck or quick actions. This will also clear chat for viewers. Once you activate shield mode, just input ban terms/phrases and it'll ban everyone with one button.

Oddly enough, I enjoyed just hanging out watching stupid people on YT and chatting. It's definitely a different way to do things but gaming and streaming with my internet has been annoying lately.
