Still baffles me how AJ tried to do the same combo that knocked Ruiz down twice in about 5 seconds. He rolled the first left hook and then counters for the next resulting in knocking him down.
This was @anthonyjoshua’s first fight in America, at MSG. It was supposed to be his coming-out party. A promising start, but got clipped whilst trading punches and never recovered. After the fight, questions were asked, one of them being: did AJ quit?
