Wasted potential is the most repeated thing I see in creators nowadays. Almost every creator I talk to tells me the same thing: they want to be the biggest. And most of them have the talent to actually do it. But they try for a few days, hit a dopamine spike, and relax. Then they start over and do it again. That loop is where the potential goes. If you want to see your true potential in anything in life, just do that thing for 10 years, consistently, with quality, without relaxing when things get good. That is the whole answer. At the end of the 10 years you will have watched people come and go, and the last ones standing are the hall of famers. The people you look at and say damn, that is the greatest of all time at that. They didn't have some gift the others didn't. They just never took the foot off. People hear that and say it sounds like no balance. But that was their balance. That was their fun. Fulfilling the potential everyone has but almost nobody actually tries for. And I want to be clear, the ones who put in the 10 years are not better than the ones who quit. Some of the people I've watched give up on this and give in to consumerism could have been the greatest to ever touch a camera. Better than anyone who actually made it. So much talent and no work to show for it. That is the part that sucks. Not that they weren't good enough, but that fear and fomo and other people's opinions ran their life instead.
Does anyone have any good camera and lens combos for a facecam setup?
