PDSports Consulting is actively recruiting SEASONED SALES PROFESSIONALS with a proven COLLEGE COACHING BACKGROUND to join our team.
This is NOT entry level.
This is NOT a learn-on-the-job position.
And this is NOT for someone who simply wants a sales job.
We want a PROVEN CLOSER.
🏀 Former D1 • D2 • D3 • NAIA • JUCO coaches encouraged to reach out.
We are looking for someone who has:
🔥 A proven track record of COLLEGE COACHING & RECRUITING
🔥 A proven track record of SALES & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

🔥 A deep understanding of the transfer market and college recruiting business
🔥 The ability to pick up the phone, create relationships, generate opportunities, and CLOSE DEALS
🔥 The competitive drive to build something — not simply collect a paycheck
YOU KNOW THE COACHES.
YOU UNDERSTAND THE RECRUITING BUSINESS.
NOW CAN YOU SELL IT?
We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running immediately and help take PDSports Consulting's sales operation to another level.
⏰ WE ARE MOVING FAST.

She didn't become available because of basketball.
She became available because her original school couldn't accept all of her transferable JUCO credits.
Now a championship-caliber player is looking for a new #D1 home with 2 years of eligibility remaining under the new NCAA rule.
⏳ Don't wait. The first coach to move could land one of the best late additions still available.

Visits DO NOT mean offer. I repeat just because you visited doesn't mean you were offered!
If that coach didn't look you in the face and say we are offering you a ROSTER SPOT, Scholarship opportunity, we want you here, it was JUST a visit.
Jala Hutchins retweeted
You can keep "weighing your options" all you want. Someone is going to take that offer from under your nose the moment they feel they've made the right decision.
Jala Hutchins retweeted
Waiting until the last minute to commit to a school can cost you your spot.
Opportunities don’t stay open forever. If you’ve been blessed with a chance, pray on it, trust your preparation, and make the move.
Don’t let hesitation close a door God opened for you.
