ALT The unused bathroom of the apartments map. Only done up in rough dev textures, however, there is a light fixture on the ceiling and the other side of the door seen in the main room of the apartment. The floor is part of the same brush as the main room's floor so it has the same texture on it. A rough blockout of a toilet, bathtub, and counter can be seen. No interactive descriptions of these items are known to have been written.

ALT The trolley depo, largely the same as its current iteration, mostly just without supporting geometry for the tunnel. The wall going into the bar was also opened up into the eventual player camp/selector room, and white lights replaced the skybox in the windows.

ALT The initial bar, brush based with default HL2 stools. The overall shape of the room and the ivy patch next to the bar remain to this day. Though the selector room and trolley depot come in directly to the front of the bar here, and where they currently attach sits a fancy fountain!

ALT The water room. Remarkably unchanged, here it's largely just without details like the Jazztronauts tables, stools, and booth. The water itself is much lower and deeper than in its current setup. A lone HL2 table sits offcenter in the middle of the floor.

ALT Another totally unique little room no longer present in the bar, a little observation deck with a circular window in the floor! The basics of the skybox are present here, this would look roughly over the Jazz lake.

ALT Sierra Foxtrot 02/28/2024 8:15 PM So on the twitter the voidtenders were described as old copies of herself that were splintered off when she took a bad shortcut in the void (paraphrasing but the idea is that) That is her actual older model, from when it was in early dev BUT MOREOVER She was originally male. There's even remnants of this in the final scripts, a description of the intro scene refers to the Bartender as "he" and "him" multiple times. Therefore, I believe that that version, the old version fractal'd off into infinitely, is male. And that means that she herself is a transwoman. Also just the way she talks about her past and past self in her final event just oozes that trans experience to me, but that's more vibes than hard evidence.
