They do often fly with Luneberg lenses in peacetime operations so they will show on radar. Here’s a photo of an F-35B I took on a trip across the pond last year and you can see them as the small bulges just in front of the vertical stabilisers.

I think 992 cup is around 240k€ net or less if you buy a used one. Modern GT3 are around 700k€, the GT3 R was sold for €511k€ net in 2022.
Don‘t forget equipment, running cost and staff you need. A cup car can be run easier than a GT3.
