Hey @elgato fix your shitty teleprompter so the voice sync feature works. It’s the main reason I paid all this money, and it’s never worked. You’ve all but ignored the thousands of complaints and YouTube videos people have made. 😡

Dang, OpenAI’s latest ChatGPT model is absolutely CRUSHING previous versions… and other competitors don’t even register on the chart! 🤣

Most of us are writing prompts that trap AI in execution mode. “Don't answer yet. First, tell me what I'm actually asking for. Then show me what I haven't considered. Give me two better versions of my question. Then answer.” This turns AI into a strategic thinking partner.

AI wants to make you happy, which makes it a terrible advisor. Train it to challenge you instead. Ask for criticism, not confirmation. Sometimes the most valuable AI conversations are the uncomfortably annoying ones.

Haven’t written anything semi-intelligent for Inman News in a while… mostly because I’ve been busy doing actual work. But when they asked me to write about SEO in the age of AI, I couldn’t say no. OG contributor since ’09. 🤘🏼 inman.com/2025/10/02/the-dea…

Real estate fraud has gone global—and it’s rising. When my parents started their title agency in the 80's, fraud was local: a fake check, a girlfriend posing as a wife, or someone trying to place a first mortgage with two lenders at once. “In my day, we didn’t have any internets." A fraudster had to show up at your closing table and lie to your face. Today they don’t need to be in your state—or your country. Why it’s worse now: • Internet: cheap, instant reach across email, SMS, portals—low cost, huge scale. • Crypto: fast, often irreversible money rails. • AI: deepfakes + automated social engineering. Capabilities are climbing fast, which makes each attacker more convincing—and increases how many can play. Criminals have new tools, so we need better ones. Attorneys and title companies have to protect the transaction and everyone in it. That’s why I’m proud of FNF’s partnership with CLEAR—bringing biometric identity verification into our inHere digital platform to verify the person behind the deal, not just the inbox. I’ve been a CLEAR customer since 2019. It’s fast, it works, and now it’s helping make closings safer. read more about our partnership: investor.fnf.com/news-releas…

We’re stepping into a world where perfection will be easy to fake with AI tools, and imperfection will become the ultimate proof of being “real.” That is until intentional imperfection becomes the norm… then we’re totally screwed. 🤣

Companies buying into "AI will do everything" are setting themselves up for expensive disappointment. Companies treating AI as a powerful tool that amplifies human expertise? They're going to dominate.

The most underrated AI capability: helping you notice what you’re not noticing. “What questions am I forgetting to ask?” reveals more blind spots than most professional analysis ever could. Use it after a few rounds of conversations with your AI. It’s game-changing!
