Sorry but this rule needs to change. If the @NFL stops the game for administrative reasons, it should not cause a 10 second run off. Why punish the offense who neither asked for not caused a delay?

Seeing what Kenneth Walker has done for the Chiefs offense has been finally believing the Patriots need to suck it up and spend on a RB. This bargain basement hunting can't be the model any longer. Leads to guys who arent very good, fumble alot, or have some other major deficiency
