Erik McCoy said as much after the game. Said the Steelers had them well-scouted and did some things up front they hadn’t shown on film. Plus, they’re just really good.
About as well-defended a QB sneak as I've seen. Tyler Shough has gone left on 4/5 QB sneaks this season. Sure looks like Steelers were scouted and ready for it. Heyward/Highsmith submarined everything and Holcomb was ready to go over the top fast. Queen dove right through the A-gap to close that option. Ramsey/Wilson clean up. Benton works around to help push back. Brisker being Brisker (crazy).

One of my favorite moments in Paris: I met friends for lunch at a Latin Quarter bistro on Tuesday. I plopped my laptop on the table to knock out some quick work, and the waiter ordered me to put it away: "No, Monsieur. Zere eez a time for work, and zere eez a time for pleasure."

The Saints have shown little progress in 2026, per the main NFL stat rankings. Saints face longs odds after falling to 2-5. Since 1990, only 11 teams have made the playoffs (6.5%) after starting 2-5. It's easier being in the woeful NFC South and since the league went to 14-team playoff bracket ('20) & 17-game sked ('21). Five teams have done it since '18.

Highlight of the day for New Orleans….
New Orleans-based brass band The Soul Rebels gave an incredible rendition of the U.S. National Anthem before the first ever NFL game in Paris. @NFLFrance PITvsNO on NFL Network Stream on @NFLPlus

The Saints’ 18 rushing yards were the sixth fewest in a game in team history. It’s never a good sign when 42-year-old Aaron Rodgers (8 yards) has a run longer than anyone on your team.

The Steelers ran out the final 5:52 of the game clock and took a knee on a 16-10 win. The Saints fall to 2-5.

The Saints jump offsides on the field goal and the result is a first down for the Steelers. That will do it as they run out the clock on a 16-10.

Cam Jordan and Cameron Heyward, who just broke up that last pass by Shough, are two of five active NFL players from the 2011 NFL. The other three: Von Miller, Andy Dalton and Tyrod Taylor.

I will begrudgingly volunteer for the assignment. 🙋‍♂️
NFL Commish Goodell at Sunday breakfast sponsored by @Saints owner Gayle Benson today said he had “zero doubt” NFL would be back in Paris with another game and also said it was “likely” there would be an international NFL franchise but…did not say when or where.

Big sack by Chase Young forces a field goal try by the Steelers and keeps it a one-score game. Steelers lead 16-10.

There have only been two possessions in this entire quarter and we have less than 1 minute left with the Steelers threatening at the Saints' 13.
