The Supreme Court has not only been politicized but has become a de facto political body. For those reasons, it can no longer insulate itself from political forces. It must be subjected to politics and be prepared to deal with it. This includes the reality of court packing.

Trump is exploiting every crack and fissure that the this nation has tried so hard to heal for over 250 years. He is not interested in creating one USA. He wants two-or three.
