Busy week for Hi-Spec. Started with further @Rakocontrols training, passing our annual @officialniceic inspection with great feedback, presenting MoM after a fab 7-1 win at @flamesicehockey, then ending with first half marathon for Kev today in @fleethalfmarath in 1:54:22.

Day 17 of our December countdown... This time it's a strategic improvement project... The team have been supporting improvements to reduce the number of patients who deteriorate whilst in our care. Using A3 thinking, we saw a sustained 58% reduction. @FHFTRapidRT @resusgirl
