And apparently, people who "struggle with lateness, boredom, emotional volatility and the inability to start anything without the pressure of a deadline" need to also be diagnosed with whatever this new thing (an expansion of ADHD?) might be. Now I get it....

Here’s why the prosecution wants a #Mistrial sooooo much…
A mistrial means #LindsayClancy can be retried for all of the same charges… First/Second Degree Murder included.
IF #KevinReddington is granted this emergency stay to request a PARTIAL VERDICT, and the partial verdict comes back as #NotGuilty or #NGRI, then she can only be charged with the lesser charges… Manslaughter, NGRI, Not guilty.
If that is granted to the defense, the Kevin Reddington can request a bench trial and a judge alone will decide Lindsay Clancy’s fate.
Reddington is brilliant. Flat-out BRILLIANT!

On the same day and month as Lindsay Clancy, 6 years earlier in Dublin, Deirdre Morley killed her 3 children. Her psych drugs likely made her do it, just like for Clancy. Not-guilty verdict by reason of insanity. bit.ly/4qSUn7Z. She was lucky not to live in the US.
