Needless to say if Ennis does pull ahead of Boylan on the first count, that will be a big story. But so too is Fianna Fail’s abysmal performance in Dub Central, and lacklustre in Galway too
Daniel Ennis has pulled ahead on tallies with around 96 per cent of boxes opened here in Dublin Central
State of Play in Dublin Central: Soc Dems Daniel Ennis and Sinn Féin’s Janice Boylan are neck and neck, with around 72 pc of boxes open. It looks like around 50pc of Hutch votes transfer to Boylan. But Ennis will be looking to sweep up.
Janet Horner doing quite well in this area of Dorset Street, rivalling Janice Boylan. Lots of talk at the RDS of her exceeding poll expectations but health warning - these are tallies and just the first few boxes
