When a young person joins a music ensemble, their maturation is expedited. They work with others of varying ages, they’re immersed in a high-challenge high-reward environment, they learn the importance of preparedness, and they’re placed in authentic social and mentoring roles.
'Carols by Zoomlight' from Reverie, @FieriConsort & @Mu_For_Mu. An utterly gorgeous, cockle-warming experience in support of Help Musicians ❤️ Finally I think I'm feeling that festive spirit coming on.. Thank you all! Check out the @Mu_For_Mu JustGiving page & donate if you can.
Nigella's been a faithful companion since I first purposefully wielded a spatula - what a delight it is to see her "infusing us with shoulder-lowering serenity". Yes @Nigella_Lawson!

This would be a really inspiring online concert for string pupils to watch with the opportunity to ask questions of the performers at the end! A few tickets remain for the live concert this Saturday as well. – at Merton, London
Our next online event is on October 18th and features @Ldn_Sinfonietta principal cello Tim Gill playing with Fali Pavri who #Rostrapovich described as “a very great talent.” tickets.visitguildford.com/e… @GuildfordPhila1 @GuildfordTIC @CMusicGuild @surreylive @SurreyChambers
