We spent 6 years building @Favikon_. This morning, I made it optional.
Today we launch Favy, the first and ultimate creator dataset built for AI.
Favy plugs Favikon's entire creator dataset into the AI you already use. The data stays. The interface becomes optional.
Until now, using Favikon meant tabs, filters, exports, and then the real work started somewhere else. Now you can type:
"Find me 20 US skincare creators with real engagement, under $2K a post, check them for fake followers, and draft the outreach."
And it happens. Discovery, vetting, pricing, outreach. One sentence.
The dashboard isn't going anywhere. It's just no longer the only door. Want to explore and compare? Open Favikon. Already know what you want? Ask your AI.
Six years of data, now one sentence away.
Want in? Comment "FAVY" and I'll send you the access link.
People keep saying you need 100K followers to be a LinkedIn Top Voice.
I ran the May 2026 batch: 368 new badges, 31 countries. Median following was 20,062. Half were under that. 58% run the company they post about.
LinkedIn uses the badge as a credential for operators, and as a way to import celebrities whose real audience lives on Instagram or TikTok.
Justin Welsh lost his. The person who taught everyone how to win on LinkedIn no longer has the badge.
I wrote it up here: botsandbaguettes.substack.co…
200+ crypto KOLs. 10M+ combined followers. 2 posts each.
Result: 280 NFTs sold at $5. That's $1,400.
Then the project's rant about it did 480K views. For free.
Follower counts were never the metric. Whether a real audience is behind them is.
Check audience quality before you pay, not after you rage-post.

Crypto Twitter KOLs are a fucking scam. And we have the numbers to prove why.
We hired 200+ KOLs with 10M+ combined followers. Every single one had a 400+ Sorsa score and 100+ Smart Followers. Most had 1,000+ Sorsa.
200+ KOLs posted twice each.
Our result? 280 NFTs sold at $5.
Now let’s talk about this circus.
Fake views. Fake likes. AI-generated replies that don’t even understand what the project does. The same fucking accounts liking and replying to each other in engagement groups, recycling engagement and pretending they’re influential.
You have 200K followers but can’t prove you have actual buyers. You’re scared of referral deals because deep down you know nobody will click your links, buy anything or convert.
YOU HAVE BOTTED FOLLOWERS, NOT INFLUENCE.
And the funniest part? You genuinely think you’re marketing professionals. You’re a bunch of engagement farmers playing influencer, selling fake numbers to projects and calling it a career.
Our team tested this firsthand. We were ready to pay for influence, but got fucking nothing.
And you wonder why CT is dying? Why projects are cutting deals? Why marketing teams are moving to TikTok and Instagram?
BECAUSE NOBODY WANTS TO PAY FOR YOUR BULLSHIT ANYMORE.
Honestly, go work at McDonald’s. At least you’ll serve people something useful instead of selling projects fake engagement and pretending to be important.
200+ KOLs. 10M+ followers. 280 NFTs sold.
That’s your fucking influence.
There are hundreds of AI influencers. Maybe 10 know what they're talking about.
Theo's right, and it's the same in every niche we track.
Follower counts don't tell you who's in the 10. Neither does posting frequency.
What does: whether real experts engage with them, and whether the audience is real.
Brands are still paying the hundreds.

The polls say Marine Le Pen.
The internet says Jean-Luc Mélenchon.
Today we're launching the Favikon Index: a daily ranking of who actually wins attention online.
First up: the 26 contenders for France's 2027 presidential race.
How it works: not a poll, not a follower count.
One score over 90 days: reach 30%, engagement 30%, audience 30%, consistency 10%.
Personal accounts only. No party pages, no campaign accounts.
It measures who gets seen, not who gets votes.
Politics is just the opening act.
17 more daily rankings go live today, in 6 languages: world leaders, Top 100 AI, Top 100 CEOs, CAC 40, athletes, creators, brands, media.
Free. Methodology public.

At this point we’re running out of names for content creators. Influencer, creator, UGC, KOL, Top Voice, and now field storyteller. The job is still the same: film it, post it, send the invoice 😀
We’re building out a new program at @NotionHQ:
We call it field storytellers.
Where Internet filmmakers & creators meet local businesses. All around the world. They travel there to apprentice a business for a day/two, and come back with stories, documented and published.
Field storytelling is a bet that stories are best told and relationships are best built when it’s done out on the field.
If you’re great with a camera, love traveling to meet local businesses, and Internet savvy with an audience, reach out 🖤
Ladies and gentlemen, we have a new record: the highest growth of a creator in LinkedIn history 🤯
@imVkohli went from 7.42K to 351K followers in 2 days only!
And this says a lot about the huge power of the LinkedIn scene in India. Because yes, sorry to all my non-Indian friends, you probably can’t name the guy, and he’s one of the 3 most followed athletes on the planet with Ronaldo and Messi (250M+ on Instagram).
Sport legends are becoming a real thing on LinkedIn, we’re just missing Ronaldo or Messi on the football side!

LinkedIn is the only platform where a 2m16 NBA star shows up and instantly becomes a regional sales manager. Kind regards, Rudy.

The antidote to AI slop is being more yourself. AI can make every deck, email and post sound polished, but that polish is becoming invisible.
Double down on the weird phrasing, the strong opinions, the things only you would say. Send an authenticity bomb, not a slop grenade.
Today, my 3-month-old daughter starts full time at the crèche. And I'm not going to lie: I feel guilty about it.
I got to spend her first 3 months with her, every day. Watching her first smiles, learning her rhythms, being there for all of it. I know how rare that is, especially as a founder, and I'm grateful for every second.
But working full time with a baby at home is just impossible. Anyone who tells you otherwise hasn't tried it.
I ended up waking at 5AM just to steal 2 quiet hours before she woke up. The rest of the day was survival mode: calls cut short mid-sentence, deep work sliced into 20-minute windows, answering Slack with one hand while rocking her with the other. In short, I was doing two jobs badly instead of one job well.
Still, dropping off a baby this young for the whole day gives me really mixed feelings. 3 months is nothing: she's barely arrived and I'm already handing her to someone else so I can go back to work.
I wish our society made more room for having babies. More time, more flexibility, less of this brutal choice between being present and being productive.
Parents, have you felt the same?
Our homepage conversion rate dropped 50% in 2 weeks 🤯
Since launching our MCP, we rebuilt everything: new design, new wording, new positioning around "The AI Infrastructure for Influence." I thought it was our best homepage yet, but clearly the data disagrees.
So I'm doing something uncomfortable: asking you to roast it.

What would make you bounce? What's confusing? Brutal honesty only, I can't afford polite feedback right now.

Would you rather:
1- post an AI comment that's super generic, completely off context and downright stupid, for the 1% chance the algorithm notices and you gain a few followers?
2- look like a total turd in front of the entire internet, screenshots included?
Because yes, if you're still doing AI comments in 2026, you've deliberately picked option 2. To each their own I guess.
Bro joined X 2 weeks ago and he's already #14 most influential on the planet, ahead of Rihanna and Salah.
Turns out putting "next Apple CEO" in your bio is the greatest growth hack of all time 😂

The CEOs who ignored LinkedIn for 10 years are now growing faster than anyone on it.
Went through the current top 200 most influential people on LinkedIn worldwide. I really didn't expect this!
- Big legacy accounts (pre 2020)
Simon Sinek, 9M followers, +0.51% (30-day)
Tony Robbins, 7.5M, +0.50%
Daniel Goleman, 5.9M, +0.08%
Adam Grant, 5.6M, +0.21%
- The CEOs:
Satya Nadella, 12.2M followers, +5.3%
Sundar Pichai, 5.1M, +6.0%
Michael Dell, 2M, +15.0%
Mary Barra, GM, +17.1%
Andy Jassy, Amazon, +17.7%
Big legacy accounts: 0.28% median growth.
Sitting CEOs: 4.97%.
We're talking 18x faster, on about a fifth of the followers.
So if you're still picking creators off follower count, you're paying for an audience that stopped growing years ago. Follower count is a receipt for attention someone had in 2018, when growth is the only line in the data that tells you what's happening right now.
