Music is a powerful way to transmit states of consciousness. Not only does each song itself have a specific state of consciousness, but the lyrics are also encoded with a particular frequency; you could even go further and say that the singers and artists themselves also transmit their state of consciousness through their playing and singing of the music. This is why certain songs sound better when another artist covers them; it’s a shift in the consciousness transmitting the song that makes all the difference. Apply this line of thinking to each song you listen to and ask yourself: what state of consciousness is this music/lyrics/artist transmitting? You will never experience music in the same way again.
