This has been the hardest recovery of any surgery. I can’t do much at all, bored but can’t rest well cause of the brace, went back to work way too early, I’m dizzy & nauseous from the brace holding my neck still 24/7, cause my brain and muscles are very thrown off. But. It’s still 10000% better than my spinal cord being twisted and pushed. It’ll get there, eventually💜
