IF THIS ADMINISTRATION START INVESTIGATION FOLLOW UP CALLING PERSONS IN THE ALLEGED ISSUES BELOW 22028 WON'T BE ENOUGH TO PROSECUTE THE EVIL DID FOR 8 YEARS! Major publicly reported scandals, financial irregularities, controversies, and project issues under the NPP (Akufo-Addo/Bawumia administration, 2017–early 2025) include the following, drawn from Auditor-General reports, media investigations, opposition exposés (especially Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa), civil society, Special Prosecutor actions, and parliamentary scrutiny. These are a mix of audit findings of irregularities/misapplication, terminated or suspended deals with alleged fraud or value-for-money problems, unexplained wealth questions, procurement issues, and incomplete projects. Few top-level convictions occurred during the period; many remain allegations or are under later probes. Corruption challenges in Ghana predate and continue after this administration; economic pressures (COVID, global shocks, debt accumulation) form important context. NPP has often denied wrongdoing or pointed to procedural defenses, technical explanations, or opposition politicization. COVID-19 Funds (Unaccountability and Irregularities) The Auditor-General’s special audit (March 2020–June 2022) found Ghana mobilized roughly **GH¢21.84 billion** (from Contingency Fund, World Bank, IMF, AfDB, EU, BoG COVID bonds, etc.). About **GH¢11.75 billion** went to direct COVID activities; the rest supported the budget. Key findings of irregularities included: - Unaccounted or missing amounts (e.g., GH¢254,000 from a private-sector COVID fund transfer). - Unapproved COVID risk allowances paid to Ministry of Information staff (contrary to presidential directives limiting extras to frontline health workers). - Ministry of Health paid ~US$120 million for vaccines but received only doses worth ~US$38 million (difference left with UNICEF/AVAT). - Undelivered ambulances after partial payment. - Over-invoicing at National Food Buffer Stock Company. - Unaccounted disbursements to Regional Houses of Chiefs / paramount chiefs for public education (hundreds of thousands of cedis with no supporting evidence of use; recovery recommended). - Contract variations without proper approval, withholding-tax failures, and other procurement issues. - Later investigations (e.g., Manasseh Azure) highlighted understated fumigation costs (AG reported ~GH¢96 million; actual spending across ministries far higher, with the bulk to Zoomlion, a company with prior corruption probes). Opposition and others labeled large portions as misappropriated or diverted. The AG report focused on compliance and recommended recoveries/renegotiation rather than declaring a total “windfall” theft. Energy Sector and ECG/PDS Scandals - PDS Concession (2019): A 20-year private concession for ECG under the Millennium Challenge Compact was terminated after fraudulent/forged payment guarantees (linked to Al Koot in Qatar confirmed by Qatari courts). Ghana lost ~US$190 million in compact funding. Later London arbitration dismissed PDS’s ~US$390 million claims and upheld termination. Allegations of family/crony shareholding and interference (including claims involving Bawumia on guarantee structure) circulated. Subsequent probes into related fund flows (e.g., claims around GH¢850 million) continued into later years. - Broader ECG issues under NPP-appointed management: Procurement irregularities, uncleared containers at ports (later probes found large numbers unaccounted for or related to demurrage/waste), revenue under-declaration or collection problems, budget overruns, and a “shadow economy” of illegal connections/cash payments to staff. Public Accounts Committee referrals and internal probes occurred. Power-sector debt grew (IPPs unpaid, reliance issues), with frequent outages despite earlier capacity gains. ESLA proceeds and related funds faced accountability questions. Other Major Financial/Contract Controversies - Agyapa Royalties Deal**: Attempt to monetize future gold royalties via an SPV in Jersey for an IPO. Suspended after strong criticism over transparency, valuation, conflicts of interest, and offshore structure. Special Prosecutor Martin Amidu’s corruption-risk assessment was highly critical (he later resigned and called the President “mother serpent of corruption). ~US$12–14 million was spent on the failed deal (advisors, setup). OSP and civil society highlighted risks of benefit to connected parties. - BOST Contaminated Fuel (2017): Sale of millions of litres of contaminated fuel to unlicensed companies, with alleged revenue loss; committee investigation followed. - Kelni GVG Contract: Controversial multi-million telecom revenue monitoring deal criticized for value-for-money and procurement. - Cash-for-Seat: Allegations of high fees for proximity to the President at an event. - Cecilia Dapaah Cash Scandal (2023)**: Sanitation Minister reported theft of ~US$1 million, €300,000, and large cedi sums plus valuables from her home. OSP investigated (with FBI involvement) found no direct evidence of corruption in seized funds/accounts but noted money-laundering/structuring indicators and referred the matter. She resigned. Large cash holdings raised public questions about source of wealth. - Others: Controversial SML revenue-assurance contracts; attempts to sell SSNIT hotel shares to a company linked to Agriculture Minister Bryan Acheampong; alleged dubious ambulance spare-parts contracts (~US$35 million); high All-African Games expenditures; banking-sector cleanup (bank closures, job losses, and claims of selective treatment) various single-source or family-linked contracts (e.g., cocoa roads involving relatives of officials). Governance, Nepotism, and Resource Issues - Allegations of state land sales or favorable deals to NPP insiders and family-linked entities (including claims involving Second Lady Samira Bawumia and President’s daughter in duty-free operations). - Galamsey (illegal mining): Persistent problem with claims that officials or party figures benefited or sabotaged enforcement (including statements by former Environment Minister Frimpong-Boateng). - Agyapadie document: Circulated allegations of a state-capture strategy involving key NPP figures. - Broader AG reports over the years flagged large financial irregularities (cash, contracts, payroll, tax) across MDAs. Failed, Stalled, or Abandoned Projects - Many infrastructure projects stalled or incomplete due to debt defaults, late payments, and the broader fiscal crisis that led to domestic debt restructuring and an IMF program (inflation and cedi depreciation were severe). President Mahama later cited ~55 projects worth ~US$2.95 billion stalled, with large cost overruns. - Specific examples: Agenda 111 hospitals (many incomplete); Pwalugu Multipurpose Dam (repeated delays and broken timelines after being touted as a major northern investment); various market, interchange, and housing projects. - AG reports noted completed but unused facilities (schools, health centres, markets, police posts) worth tens of millions of cedis because of missing furnishings, staffing, or access, plus abandoned or poorly supervised works. In summary, the period featured repeated high-profile controversies around procurement, resource deals, pandemic spending, energy-sector management, and delivery of projects, documented primarily through audits, media, and opposition pressure rather than widespread high-level prosecutions at the time. Post-2024 probes (e.g., National Service ghost names, certain NPA matters) have continued under the subsequent administration. For primary sources, consult the Auditor-General’s COVID-19 report and annual public accounts, OSP risk assessments (Agyapa), and contemporaneous Ghanaian media investigations.

YOU’RE BLESSED Proverbs 10:22 The blessing of the Lord makes one rich, and He adds no sorrow with it. As God’s child, what makes you different isn’t where you come from or what you have; it’s God’s blessing in your life. This blessing helps you succeed and do well. The Bible says a blessed person is like a tree planted by rivers of water, always growing and bearing fruit (Psalm 1:3). That’s who you are! It means you’ll continue to make progress and produce good results. So, say it: “I am blessed!” Believe it and walk in it every day. You’ll keep moving from one success to another. Hallelujah! SCRIPTURE READING Ephesians 1:3 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ: LET'S PRAY Thank you, precious Father, for blessing me. I’m like a tree planted by the rivers, always growing, succeeding, and producing good results, in Jesus’ Name. Amen. #RORER #RhapsodyOct26

🌍WHAT THIS MEANS FOR ORDINARY GHANAIANS: • Lower prices for cement, fertilizer, fuel, rice and goods moving north • Northern farmers can send their shea, grains, cashew and livestock south more cheaply and faster • Less damage to our roads (heavy trucks off the Accra–Kumasi–Tamale corridor) • New jobs at inland ports, warehouses, barge operations and logistics parks • Ghana becoming the preferred gateway for Burkina Faso, Mali and Niger under AfCFTA Northern Ghana is not being left behind. We are connecting the entire nation with one beautiful blue highway. This one is for every Ghanaian who has ever prayed for balanced development

Then road to Tamale, Bolga, Paga and deep into the Sahel. No more endless suffering on congested roads. Cheaper. Faster. Smoother. Volta Lake is no longer just our pride it is becoming our economic superpower. God bless the day this vision becomes reality.

Good day, sirs. I am writing to bring an urgent and deeply concerning matter to your attention regarding a new bill, HB2659. This proposed bill seeks to establish a Nutritionist Registration Council. If passed, it will make it a crime for anyone without a university degree in nutrition to practice or even advise on natural foods. It would also give this council total control over what counts as "healthy," overruling existing curriculum bodies like the NUC and determining what our universities are allowed to teach. What worries us most is the impact on our heritage. True nutrition predates modern universities—it was woven into nature by our Maker, and our ancestors lived healthy lives by understanding the natural foods and traditional remedies gifted to us. Under this bill, our time-tested local meals and natural herbal remedies could suddenly be labeled illegal simply because they lack foreign, laboratory validation. Even more alarming are the interests backing this move groups that often look down on our natural, local produce while pushing lab-grown foods, synthetic alternatives, and patented GMOs. We cannot allow outside interests to define our health standards or replace God-given natural foods with manufactured substitutes. Our traditional food knowledge is rooted in the earth, our culture, and natural law. No council should have the power to criminalize the natural foods that have sustained our people for generations. I kindly urge you to look closely into this bill and help protect our natural foods and heritage. Warm regards. @Senator_Akpabio @IretiKingibe @Sen_Onyekachi @NatashaAkpoti @bukolasaraki @DcnChikeOkafor @NedaImasue @SenBarrKhalid @JimohIbrahimCFR @EkongSampson01 @smkatung

🌍🚨YOUTH & NORTHERN OPPORTUNITY! The Pwalugu Dam is more than concrete it is a platform for northern economic power. Irrigation, energy access, and flood control create conditions for commercial farming, processing, logistics, and related businesses that young Ghanaians can lead. When infrastructure like this moves forward, findings and solutions travel from the north outward. #YouthEmpowerment #Pwalugu #CivicEducation #Ghana

🏗️🚧ENERGY AND FLOOD RESILIENCE! Phase 1 of the Pwalugu Dam targets clean hydropower and solar that can strengthen the northern grid and add renewable capacity. Equally important: the reservoir helps contain excess water and reduce the damage from Bagre Dam spillages that repeatedly hit communities. Power and protection means more stable livelihoods for farmers and families. President Mahama’s phased approach prioritises delivery that serves people. #RenewableEnergy #FloodControl #NorthernDevelopment

🇬🇭🌍IRRIGATION & FOOD SOVEREIGNTY! When Pwalugu’s irrigation phase comes online, it can support large-scale and outgrower farming on thousands of hectares. Projected gains include higher rice and maize production, revived agro-processing (including tomato value chains), and less reliance on imports. For young farmers and agripreneurs in the Upper East and North East, this means predictable water, higher yields, and room to build enterprises instead of seasonal struggle. Resource ownership starts with managing our own water and soils. #BuildQuestionEmpower #Agriculture #Ghana

🚨🔎 PWALUGU DAM: TRANSFORMING NORTHERN GHANA🇬🇭 President John Dramani Mahama is advancing the Pwalugu Multipurpose Dam in phases starting with hydropower (60–70 MW) plus solar (30–40 MW) for over 100 MW of renewable energy, followed by irrigation. Expected impact: irrigate up to 25,000 hectares, boost rice and maize output, reduce imports, control floods from Bagre Dam spills, and open year-round farming. This is infrastructure that multiplies food security, jobs, and youth opportunity across the north. Findings that travel. #PwaluguDam #FoodSecurity #YouthPower #CivicEducation
