In season logic:
Strength residual last about a month.
Aerobic fitness lasts about a month.
Speed residual last about a week.
Every 10 days your team needs to hit at least one strength based out a week.
Every week your team needs to do at least one max effort, speed session a week.
Every day, your team does not need to condition. Games and practice drills take care of that.

In-season 101:
It's not the weight that makes you sore, but the total workload.
Ex.
Option 1: 3x10 at 50lbs = 1,500 total workload.
Option 2: 4x2 at 150lbs = 1,200 total workload.
Option 2 causes less soreness despite being 3x heavier.
2, 30 minute sessions/week = 🔑
Want to give a huge shout out and thank you to @OG_GAC and Oak Grove Lutheran for giving me the opportunity to continue improving the weightroom and our amazing athletes. New squat rack and platform inserts look amazing!

When asked what high school coaches could do to better prepare athletes for the college level:
“I’d like to see coaches teach kids how to lift versus worry about lifting heavy weights and maxing out all the time.”

If your employer hasn't increased your pay by at least 16% since the beginning of 2020, you got a pay cut.
If you got a 17% raise, it's really a 1% raise at this point.

I have authored a very comprehensive blog outlining the science, posted videos, and have spent hours on FREE content that creatine is safe, effective, and beneficial.
