Sure everyone makes mistakes, but sending out an email campaign about how customers of your internet service qualify for something (Peacock Premium) for free for two years and then having a 404 error be your link is rough. Esp. since you're an ISP.
Maybe if .@xfinity were not a local monopoly and they had any real competition to speak of they wouldn't continue to sideshow all these rakes.
@AppleTV the don't show sports scores option is good, but having highlights for Matchday xx Goals before the club tiles is bad. So, if your goal is to piss off the people who want to watch full matches (80% of fans) you are succeeding. Please include an option for NO spoilers.
How about an option where the app opens to just the club tiles, you select your club, & the game tiles just have the xxx vs yyy with the team logos and the date/time of the match. No images from the match that give away a celebration no highlights that give stuff away.

In the EU and Korea exist, as service providers on top of public fiber. Or, barring that, simple regulations that mandate the portion of a consumer's subscription fee that can go towards anything but maintaining/improving the coverage they are paying for. 7/7
And the consistency with which the partisan gap is shown every time that there is a national party control change in the presidency is phenomenal. If a regression was done to see what the largest single issue or category was for poled persons, it would be partisanship.
