Ten million people have watched a comedian accidentally destroy the entire TED talk industry. He filmed the talk once at TEDxNewYork in 2014 and openly admitted he had nothing to say. Speaking coaches charge $5,000 to teach the exact tricks he used in 6 minutes to say nothing at all. His name is Will Stephen. He is a comedian from Late Night with Seth Meyers who was invited to give a real TED talk and used it to prove the format is a costume anyone can wear. Every TED speaker opens with a question, tells a personal story, cites a scientist, and shows a chart. Stephen did all four in six minutes with zero content. His entire formula fits on a napkin. Gesture with both hands. Ask the audience a question anyone can answer. Tell a mildly embarrassing story so they say aww. Point to a stranger on a slide and call them important. Flash a chart of random numbers. Wear glasses with no lenses. The audience will think you are brilliant. That last trick alone has probably cost the public speaking coaching industry a hundred million dollars in sessions clients should have skipped. "If you watched me on YouTube with the sound off, you would think I was a genius." That is Will Stephen on the TED stage, three minutes into the talk he was paid to give. He wasn't lying. Executives pay $15,000 for a keynote coach and still open with a joke the room never laughs at. Founders rehearse their pitch for weeks and still sound like Stephen at minute four, saying "wagga wah, gabba gabba" with authority. The talk is free on YouTube. The method is written across every TED speaker's playbook for ten years. Stephen still writes for Seth Meyers. Almost none of the ten million viewers have stopped nodding at empty slides since. The formula is free. The willingness to actually say something before your next keynote, pitch, or townhall is the entire edge.

⚠️If you use Gmail, read this. Scammers are hiding their messages inside REAL Google security alerts, so the emails pass the checks that normally catch fakes. They type the scam text into the name of a Google app password, which makes Google send out a genuine, signed alert containing it. Then they forward that alert to you. One version flagged by the University of Michigan carried a fake $399 McAfee invoice and a phone number to call. The real Google buttons in the email just open your own account page, where nothing looks wrong because nothing was breached. That dead end is deliberate, leaving the scammer's phone number as the only "fix" left. If an alert like this lands in your inbox, treat any phone number, reply request or button inside it as a red flag. Even a genuine Google sender address is no longer proof that an alert is safe.

Our investigators are observing never-seen-before laundering patterns with the stolen funds from the Binance exploit. Thousands of transactions in a short period suggest that the attackers are using automation to obscure the trail of funds. Rather than simply moving funds onward, they repeatedly circulate them among addresses, often sending funds back to addresses involved earlier in the sequence. So far, total outflows as part of this hack are sitting ~$5.9 billion. Binance founder CZ said it appears as though total hacked funds exceeded $1 billion. This is likely the biggest hack in crypto history. Follow us @KobeissiLetter for real time analysis as this develops.

I started following robinhood:0xe8ffd7e24187f72afb08d75b1bb13088a989a791 at 4.1M. It ran as high as 38M, and has now pulled back to 13M. The biggest change over this period is that Delta has established a mechanism for transmitting protocol revenue into token buyback and burn. Previously, the focus was on the market space for Robinhood Chain liquidity infrastructure. Now there are several concrete developments: 1. The new LP contract fee share has been raised to 7.5%, and the protocol has started forming a clear revenue source. 2. The team announced that 80% of revenue will be used for weekly buybacks and burns of robinhood:0xe8ffd7e24187f72afb08d75b1bb13088a989a791. The Dune on-chain dashboard has recorded about $71K in buyback spending, with cumulative burns of about 6.09 million tokens, representing roughly 0.609% of initial supply. 3. Limit Orders have entered the product system, supporting buys and sells executed according to target market cap ranges while earning fees during execution. The new contract has also completed a Sherlock security review. I value the second point most. Expanding LP scale, rising trading activity, and growing fee revenue all have the potential to further increase buyback funding. robinhood:0xe8ffd7e24187f72afb08d75b1bb13088a989a791 has started gaining token-level value capture through actual business activity. What to watch next is whether Robinhood Chain's stock tokens and meme market can keep expanding Delta's liquidity management demand, and whether buyback scale can grow alongside it. 38M validated the market's willingness to price this narrative. 13M is a new valuation test. As long as protocol usage and buyback data keep growing, robinhood:0xe8ffd7e24187f72afb08d75b1bb13088a989a791 has the logic to compete again for a higher infrastructure valuation. $DELTA 4.1M 0xe8ffd7e24187f72afb08d75b1bb13088a989a791 web3.okx.com/ul/NKsHMvS?ref=… $DELTA is a target I’ve been pricing more as infrastructure than as a meme on Robinhood Chain lately. What’s actually worth looking at is that it has already turned the “liquidity layer” from a narrative into a product. Pools is live: LPs can deploy ranged liquidity in three modes—Spot, Curve, and Bid-Ask. Stakes ties together market making, fee income, and compounding. More importantly, this isn’t a PPT still sitting on a roadmap. Currently, $DELTA’s own pool has surpassed $1M in 24H volume, generating roughly $10K in trading fees. Cumulative platform fees have also reached about $25K. So my logic for looking at $DELTA is simple. If Robinhood Chain keeps expanding, the more on-chain assets there are and the more active trading becomes, the greater the demand for professional liquidity tooling. And the position Delta wants to occupy isn’t the traffic of any single token—it’s the liquidity infrastructure that all tokens need. What’s worth watching next is whether Pools coverage, Stakes, routing, and actual fee activity can keep growing. If those numbers continue climbing, $DELTA’s valuation logic could gradually shift from “early-stage project on a new chain” to the infrastructure premium of Robinhood Chain’s liquidity layer. That’s what I think makes it most worth paying attention to right now.
