My dearest mother has passed away after a valiant 15 year battle with Leiomyosarcoma. She never stopped fighting for a moment. She along with her medical team TRIPLED the survival rate of this terrible cancer, and I am filled with awe for her.
It has been my greatest privilege to care for my mother in her last months and years, she inspired me everyday, and her courage to the end is how I choose to carry her memory forever. I love you mom. Thank you for everything. ❤️ I would do it all again x100.
I will still be offline. I appreciate all your understanding, you are good people. Thank you.

To the women reading this. Hear me clearly. YOU HAVE TO FIGHT.
My mother has been under the care of the top SARCOMA researchers in the world for over a decade at UCLA. The stories you read about re the new treatments for the cancers that are coming out now - my mother was given these treatments over years; the research will benefit millions of women in the future; it already has.
Stop listening to the bullshit online about 'vaccines' - bullshit - YOU MUST FIGHT - You must get access to the new technologies that are coming out - it will give you YEARS.
DO not give up hope, if you fight, you can win - nothing is sealed re fate. The prize is more time, more life. 💜
GD bless you.

Am so grateful and blessed to see so many of my friends here, whom I have not seen in what feels like an eternity. Gd bless you all! Thank you for these beautiful well wishes. 🥲

Running frontier models at home. Same AI we are getting on ChatGPT/Copilot etc.
These are very big data sets; performance is just ok but the amount of power we now have on workstation-class PCs is noteworthy.
I managed a substantial full colocation in a UUNET/Tier-3 data center in the 2000s. This was a very serious place, a secure facility. So I am pro-datacenter, and I know about the topic intimately in a manner most do not.
By the same token - there must be serious discussions about making AI or tech companies absorb the massive costs associated with these data centers, including the full power plants they require, the massive cooling and water they require, the community disruption, and the huge amount of e-waste they produce; it is substantial.
The unbridled orgy of funding and tech announcements and crazy plans that did not account for these realities- that kind of unserious BS needs to stop in this *next era* of fledgling AI and policy. The facts are that AI requires vastly more resources than standard computing and data center use does. These companies & investors who come to profit, will have to pay the tab. Not taxpayers, not communities. That much needs to be clear.
My cuckoo Jewish Aunt Silvia 🤪, pictured here voting for Fishback in FL.
She is batsh*t crazy, but she's family. What can you do. 🤷♂️
My local grocery store is running some sort of weird clearance on these.. maybe because of the food coloring ???
The expiry is over a year out and they are all special marked clearance in BIG letters lol - I like gummies and I grabbed a ton of these, I won’t say the price you won’t believe me. I have gummies if you need 👊😂
Damn, the Stones, AC/DC, now ZZ Top - we are losing the last of the true rock-era legends. RIP. Soon ZEP :(
There is, was, and only ever will be one ZZ Top.

I don't use chuck very much for random beef stuff, like stew meat and stir fry etc, I usually use sirloin fillets, it is often labelled petite sirloin, or top loin, etc at US grocery stores
I pay about 6.99-8.99 for that on special. I like to tenderize this as much as possible, so I often marinate cheaper cuts meat with some baking soda, or I do a full just baking soda marinade for a few hours, rinse it all off, and then marinate the meat with usual flavors as normal. That extra step tenderizes it more.
Lately, my two elderly parents, whom I cook for and am caring for are struggling a bit with chewing, and also they have become extra selective for no reason other than senility issues.
So now, to better accommodate them (and also so they will eat, which is a big stressor if you are taking care of extremely ill people you love), I have switched to a new tactic: I am buying NY bone-in strip steaks in bulk, deboning it and freezing them vacuum-sealed, and using this steak meat as my general-purpose beef. Which is insane.
But what can I do? Tri-tip is not pleasant for them either it is too stringy. I chose the NY because ribeye has too much fat, which is also a serious problem for elderly chewing; marbling in meat is my enemy now. The strips are more reasonable in this regard.
I buy these NY strips at appx 7.99-9.99 on special when possible, but that bone is a serious weight factor I am paying for a lot of bone.
Anyways, if you were wondering where I am, this is where I am. I am caring for my parents, one of whom is dying - doing the best I can, and trying to make their difficult journey as best as possible.
Peace, ty for your understanding. 🫶

Out of curiosity, I counted how many times certain countries were mentioned during Alex Bruesewitz’s appearance on The Megyn Kelly Show.
🇮🇱 Israel: 156
🇨🇳 China: 10
🇶🇦 Qatar: 3
This is totally organic, no doubt 🤡
Enjoy!

With regard to "Judeo Christian":
The 10 Commandments are Jewish.
The great stories of the Old Testament are Jewish.
The Jews developed the idea of subsidiarity as the alternative to tyranny and slavery.
The Jews established the cultural preconditions for the rise of universal literacy.
The fate of Israel at the hands of the Islamists is the fate of the West.
This rising tide of anti-semitism sickens me. Those of you engaging in it for your oh-so-moral reasons—you're despicable.
And remember, you proud "Christians" objecting in all your purity to the term:
Christ Himself was a Jew.
So much noise online regarding the term "judeo-Christian." Guys -- in academia it's simply the term that describes the combined corpus of Old and New Testaments. The Jewish heritage of the Hebrew scriptures combined with the New Testament. That's it. I know you want there to be some conspiracy but there isnt, that's the way we're using it. It has nothing to do with geo-politics or a one world order.
