I’ve said there are 11 winnable games on this schedule but the coaching, QB play and defense has regressed over the last 3 weeks….

My thoughts on the schedule: Goal: 10-7 = make the post season Prediction: 8-9 Floor: 6-11 If this team click on both sides, we’ll be the team nobody wants to play late in the year. QB play is going to be the difference between 6 wins & 10 wins✌🏻 #raidernation

This Rams win proves that it’s not always about talent rather about having an amazing coaching staff and gameplan…

•Agree on starting Mendoza •Disagree = Keep Maxx •Rob has issues with his staff and health and make adjustments at the coordinating level •Ashton needs to be shelved to the bye week
Eric Newton

Raiders Defensive Blueprint vs. Lambs • Stuff Kyren = Win 1st down • Unleash Crosby = Rattle Stafford • Disguise Coverages = Rotate late • Bracket Puka if active • Disrupt Rhythm • Jump screens & crossers • Own 3rd Downs • Force FGs & takeaways Dictate… Disrupt… Dominate… #RaiderNation #Raiders

Raiders Offensive Blueprint vs. Lambs •Protect Cousins = Feed Bowers •Quick game, chips & moving pockets •Attack LB mismatches & exploit seams •Unleash Jeanty/Washington •Outside zone, counters & screens •12 Personnel = creates mismatches •Attack the Front - own the trenches •Take Shots = Motion + play-action •Finish Drives = Win 3rd downs •TDs over FGs. Stretch them horizontally. Strike vertically. Dictate the tempo. #RaiderNation #Raiders
