Another strong performance! BUT….
Regular season has more pressure more fans more attention completely different mindsets - HPU needs to keep this momentum going but can’t let it get to their heads.
Liberty has a squad. We will give our preview soon of that game.
People don’t understand how important it is to not just turn ur opponent over but to convert that TO into points.
High Points had the number 1 scoring defense…I think we have better defensive players this year too.
If you can’t tell we are excited.
Defense creates Offense!
Here are the Top 13 teams generating the most scoring chances by forcing live-ball turnovers during the 2025-26 season

How do yall feel? 68-76,
Personally I think 68 is perfect - Auburn shouldn’t have made it last year
17-16 isn’t a good record i don’t care who you beat.
The whole point is “win games” - that’s why we respect the committee for Miami Ohio.
76 is too much.
Sources: The NCAA has initiated the final steps to expand the men’s and women’s NCAA basketball tournaments to 76 teams. The expansion is on track to be formalized in the upcoming weeks, with mid-May as the target. The 76-team tournaments begin next year. espn.com/mens-college-basket…
One thing Clayman loved was the -
handoffs
getting downhill with speed
off ball screens
This was where Rob Martin, Kezza Giffa, thrived - HPU looks for guard who are comfortable with downhill action.
Who is going to be that guy next year?
Past two years have by far been the best HPU basketball years the program has had!
So it got me thinking what is your starting 5 the past two years!
1: Martin
2: Giffa
3: Hamilton
4: Fletcher
5: Bodo Bodo
Or Oquino?
Johnston or Williams off the bench?
What yall think?
I’m hearing Rob Martin to Baylor or UConn…..idk if this true or not but…
Worth over 2 mil….RB1 getting paid!
Devin Askew is looking for his 7th year…
20-21 Kentucky
21-22 Texas
22-23 Cal
23-24 Call
24-25 Long Beach St
25-26 Villanova
At what point do we call in quits I mean….
TRANSFER PORTAL ENDS TONIGHT!!!
Yet there are more than 2,000 kids still yet to sign….that seems like a lot 😭
With CJ and Fletcher.....
NQ going to be a HIGHLIGHT show!
¡DESCARADOOOOOOOOOOO, YOUSSOUF TRAORÉ!
¡QUÉ AUTÉNTICA BESTIALIDAD! 😱

A10 teams "resumes"
George Mason, VCU, Loyola Chicago - Final Four
Davidson, Rhode Island, SLU - Elite 8
St Joes and Dayton ranked in the top 3
Richmond, GW - Sweet 16
La Salle - won 8 MAAC chips before joining
HPU Resume
Back to Back BS Champs
Round of 32
Is it enough?
We need to win 2 more Big South chips before we move, Although I see the A10 calling our name - we'd be nothing but a middle of the pack team right now - we need to continue to make it to march and win games in march. Think about it like a resume...Good start but not good enough
They call him baby bird btw….
High Point has landed Saint Mary’s freshman Liam Campbell, source told @TheFieldOf68.
The 6-4 guard averaged 4.9 points in 15 minutes and shot 52 percent from 3.
PACK NQ!!!!!
Scheduling News:
High Point will host Washington State on Nov 7th.
Credit to the beloved @GoodmanHoops.
😏😏😏😏
High Point has also signed big man Youssouf Traore, source told @TheFieldOf68.
Traore averaged 17 and 9 for Mali in U19 World Cup in Switzerland and is currently playing for Zaragoza in ACB Spain.
Was recruited by several high-major programs.
