A day at the lake. The automation worked flawlessly. It even rerouted our path around a hanging tree branch. Still loving 14.3.10. 😎
I’ve been giving 14.3.10 a workout this morning and I can truthfully say it’s a winner. Front camera is magically resolved. Constant nagging whenever I look down for more than five seconds resolved. Crisp execution. Consider me a happy camper. 👍
For all you Tesla Cybertruck owners with a roof rack. If your even thinking about mounting your Starlink Mini on the rack, order the mount through the Starlink app NOW! The lead time is exactly one month. It's cheap so just do it. 😎
Big Blue gets cross bars
The design of the OEM cross bars is inspired. The 8 little doors covering the attachment points are part of the mounting solution. You don't have to remove them when moving the bars around. Just slide the key in and the bars detach. Moving from front to back takes 60 seconds. They save you about 25 lbs over the Amazon solution. They are pricy but totally worth it. 😎
It’s good to own a Cybertruck. Home charging at my local off peak rate at $0.04 per kilowatt hour…from zero to 100%.

If you're thinking about taking a vacation, the yellow areas are where you're most likely to be robbed, run over by someone who can't read English, or killed by an illegal. Bon voyage. 😎
Another Blue Cybertruck joins the fleet. Many thanks to DIY Wrap Club for excellent support. You really can DIY. @diywrapclub
The wrap is going well. My hat is off to the DIY Wrap Club for putting together such a great kit. It’s actually quite fun. I wet down the edges with a bonding agent shown below. While the kit has a supply I found this to work quite well. Back to it.
And so it begins… I’m very impressed with DIY Wrap Club. Sometimes the quality of the tools makes all the difference. Looks like they provided everything I need. That digital heat gun was icing I on the cake. 👍
X Money Is AWESOME!
Initial testing is impressive. Signed up, added to apple wallet, transferred funds from my other bank, used at local grocery store, all within 14 hours. If your sitting on the fence, take the leap. Just looking at the future, this card is going to take a major leap once connected to all the features planned if it's anything like WeChat pay.
Light Bar Installed
Hook up took 5 minutes tops. Repeat after me… “I will remember to remove the black tape”…
They do an amazing job of applying that cover tape so it looks tinted. Like others I thought I had a broken light bar. But noooo just user error. 😎
Like Fort Knox
The safest place in your Cybertruck is the fronk. Stash all your tools, luggage, battery backups in there. It's basically a bullet proof safe. The 48v access trick only works if your battery is dead. If someone tries to break in all hell breaks loose.
The frunk locks with the rest of the truck, and opening it while the vehicle is locked and no key is detected sets off the full alarm—siren, lights flashing, and a push notification to your phone.
The worst place is the main cabin. One smashed window and your stuff is gone. The bed is not much better since all the thief needs to do is crowbar the cover back ever so slightly and reach the emergency release for the tailgate.
Never leave valuables in the truck if you can help it.
A brief departure from all the immigration news... I've been looking for a very compact short step stool for the back of the Cybertruck. Something that will take up virtually zero space but will help keep me from looking like an over turned turtle every time I get down... max <300 lbs Amazon.
Amazon Prime has a bad influence on me… just purchased these for the Cybertruck. They work as designed. Since storage space in the cockpit is at a premium, these are a welcome addition. Especially since I added a safe to the center console.
Say hello to my little friend. I toss this in my pocket whenever I’m headed out in my model Y or Cybertruck. It contains two 12 volt batteries to allow me to open my fronks when my 48v battery bites the dust. Available at Amazon.
The great thing about owning a Cybertruck is it's backup systems. In the advent of finding you can't enter because of a dead main battery you can access some emergency leads under the front bumper and provide 12v that will allow you normal access. I have such a battery, but where to store it???
Is anyone installing a power station in their Cybertruck? I recently installed this River pro 2 in my fronk. It’s driving my Starlink and a better version of a phone charger that doesn’t overheat. It’s being charged with the 48v under the fronk. 😎
I LOVE FSD 14.3.3! Austin is notorious for its tiny breakdown lanes that bikes usually use on twisty little roads in our recreation areas. This morning while heading out on FSD and I ran across just such a scenario. Just as we entered a curve FSD began navigating around this bike by crossing the double center line. As luck would have it traffic came screaming around the turn in the opposite direction. Notice how it slows, yields, then proceeds all the while protecting the bike. 😎
I learned something new today... The Tesla cybertruck roof glass has metal infused in the glass. Making this stupid pet trick a total failure. I could not figure out why I was not locking onto any satellites with my mini. Looks like a dash mount is in the cards for me.
