Although Tobirama created it, but Minato perfected it. The way he combined marked kunai, instant teleportation, and split-second battle IQ turned a tactical jutsu into a legendary fighting style.
Nobody used it with the speed and lethality he did.🔥⚡️

He called and she answered, the sole dark angel in Attack on Titan… It’s really insane how Mikasa made the War Hammer look completely helpless when even Eren couldn’t do it in his Attack Titan form

Almost every major miscarriage of justice in the Wizarding World makes you wonder why Veritaserum wasn’t used more often.
Take Sirius Black, for example. He was sentenced to Azkaban for allegedly betraying James and Lily Potter and murdering Peter Pettigrew and twelve Muggles. He spent twelve years in prison without a proper trial, despite being completely innocent.
And the frustrating part is that the truth could have been investigated with something as simple as Veritaserum.
‘Sirius Black, did you betray James and Lily Potter?’
‘No.’
‘Did you murder Peter Pettigrew and twelve Muggles?’
‘No.’
Two drops of Veritaserum could potentially have exposed the entire lie before an innocent man lost twelve years of his life.
And Sirius wasn’t the only example. The Wizarding World had a justice system that seemed perfectly comfortable imprisoning people without properly establishing the truth. Barty Crouch Jr. was sent to Azkaban, Hagrid was expelled and stripped of his wand over the Chamber of Secrets incident, and the Ministry repeatedly demonstrated how easily accusations could become accepted facts.
Of course, Veritaserum isn’t completely foolproof. It can be resisted, countered with antidotes and manipulated through the circumstances in which questions are asked. But that doesn’t explain why the Ministry apparently made so little effort to use it as part of a proper investigation.
The more you examine the Wizarding World’s justice system, the more questionable it becomes.
They have a potion that can compel truthful answers, memories that can be extracted and examined through Pensieves, and magic capable of uncovering things Muggle investigators could only dream of.
Yet Sirius Black spent twelve years in Azkaban for a crime he never committed.
Sometimes the most unbelievable thing about the Wizarding World isn’t the magic. It’s how poorly they use it.
