Glad to see this report out in a funded project by Meta and @africanofilter on Immersive technologies in Africa.
Lets never forget what Ruto did to young people in 2024 π£
Hata alete Pele na Maradona -- #Wantam π€£π€£
It was a pleasure @YvonneOkwara -- you did very well and my best wishes in the next chapter.
I tried t make sense of it Linda. See if it's easier to follow here...
You donβt plant a grenade in your enemyβs camp, then march into the marketplace with a megaphone to announce where you hid it.
I donβt support Ndindi Nyoro, but Iβm not buying this βmoleβ narrative. If he were their secret operative, why would they advertise it? These politicians know that planting suspicion can be enough to discredit someone. They throw out a claim, and people rush to circulate it as privileged intelligence.
To me, this looks like political theatre designed to fool Kenyans. You can oppose Ndindi without swallowing every story told about him. Disliking a politician is no excuse to suspend your judgment.
Letβs stop mistaking political gossip for evidence.
I have really struggled to make sense of what this rogue government is doing with the Elections Amendment Billβand the explanations coming out of Parliament and govt including kasongo himself, hardly inspire confidence.
The attached images trace the confusion around section 39: a proposal to replace the entire section, a committee proposal to delete selected provisions, and finally the National Assemblyβs decision to drop the amendment clause altogether. Add the court decisions affecting the existing wording, and βwe have retained the lawβ becomes an explanation that raises further questions.
Kenyans should not need a law degree and a forensic reading of parliamentary records to understand the rules governing their elections. Parliament owes the public a clear account of what was proposed, what was dropped, what remains legally effective, and what this means for access to election results.
This is the supposedly august House. Electoral reform demands precision, transparency and public trust. What we are getting is confusion galore.

All these headlines tells a story of a rogue government that has failed its people. Road crashes keep claiming dozens of lives because regulation and enforcement remain weak, with 3,995 deaths recorded between January and early October 2026 alone, a 9.2 per cent rise on the same period last year. Hundreds of thousands of students have dropped out of the education system with no account of where they went. Buildings keep collapsing in Nairobi while the governor deflects blame, and retirees sink deeper into poverty as the cost of living outpaces their pensions.
Road safety, education continuity, urban planning and the economic security of citizens are the basic functions of government, and each of them continues to break down. Meanwhile the political class devotes its energy to controlling how election results are reported and to positioning itself for 2027. Kenyans pay the price for this incompetence in blood, lost futures and deepening hardship. This government has had enough time, and it is time to send it home.
Its the guy who was mentioned by @rigathi some months ago.
The main suspect in the murder of Dr. Victoria Nthunya Mutiso and Lawyer Mathew Kyalo Mbobu, Inspector Kenneth Kipkemboi Sang, who had been on the run, was today arrested by DCI detectives from the DCI Headquarters. Sang was ambushed in Eldoret town, Uasin Gishu County, when detectives intercepted Sang as he drove a silver Toyota Fielder, registration number KCM 508L.
That cyclone agueda seems to be weakening in the next 24hrsβ¦
Kasongo and Dangote are deep in oil deals across East Africa β the Kenya Pipeline stake, the Lamu refinery, the whole network. Then today in Harare, Kasongo tells Mnangagwa he just introduced him to βa fellow Africanβ with $1.7 billion ready for Zimbabwe.
That fellow African isnβt a new player. Itβs Kasongo himself, investing through Dangote. Heβs hiding inside the Dangote name and structures so the money and the deals look clean and private, while he quietly positions himself as the real African investor behind them.
Dangote supplies the front. Kasongo supplies the ambition. Kenya has already been worked over. Now the same man who wants to be the richest on the continent is using Dangoteβs oil empire as cover to insert himself into Zimbabwe.
I donβt know who will redeem Manchester United @ManUtd . Itβs now concerning that they are not winning any game.
Heh! That Wamunyoroβs visit has really sent Kasongoβs team in disarray πππ. They canβt believe itβ¦
Ruto should just leave Governor Natembeya alone. His role is bigger than fighting over markets. Itβs just a shame.

Just embarrassing and recalling who his close friend in Kenya was.
π£: Zim Breaking News : A report by Malawi-based The National Voice alleges the late Zimbabwean businessman Wicknell Chivayo ran an eight-country a-rms and dr*g NETWORK spanning Zimbabwe, Malawi, Kenya, Tanzania, Chad, Sudan, South Africa, and Eswatini protected by senior political figures including regional presidents. The investigation claims a-rms moved via Malawi's Kamuzu International Airport into Sudan, with South Africa as a financial hub, and cites U.S. intelligence. It follows Malawi's arrest of former defence force commander Gen. Paul Valentino Phiri.
The Alleged Network
According to the investigation, the network allegedly spanned Zimbabwe, Malawi, Kenya, Tanzania, Chad, Sudan, South Africa, and Eswatini. It claims the operation reportedly moved military hardware, money, drugs, and precious minerals across borders.
The report alleges that Zimbabwe served as the initial financing base, with funds allegedly siphoned through fake tenders. South Africa is named as the alleged financial hub and a site for drug operations. Malawi is described as a logistical gateway, Kenya and Tanzania as passage and investor countries, Chad as an onward route, and Sudan as the final destination for weapons and gold.
The Alleged Route :
The investigation claims military hardware was concealed at Malawi's Kamuzu International Airport before being moved through Chad into Sudan. It alleges that official paperwork, including an End User Certificate dated June 18, 2025, was used to present the shipment as a legitimate military consignment.
The Fall
Chivayo, his wife Lucy Muteke, and three others d-ied on September 30, 2026, in a helicopter crash in Mashonaland East, Zimbabwe. Less than 24 hours later, Malawian authorities reportedly arrested former Malawi Defence Force commander General Paul Valentino Phiri on cr*minal charges related to illegal a-rms tr*ffick-ing.
US Intelligence
The report claims United States intelligence agencies identified the network and helped expose it, following the movement of military hardware, financial channels, and operations linked to illicit dr*gs.

So, Kenyan Govt trafficked our young people to Russia during the Kazi Majuu nonsense!!
Govt doing this to its own citizens! What fuckery is this even!! How can a regime be this brutal to its own people!! Itβs just unbelievable.
Did you guys notice they edited this video and removed the 2023? In Sat 3rd Oct 2023? πππ
As a public speaker, or when given something to read, donβt just read. At least listen to yourself as you read ππ
Dr Idris, perhaps the question you should be asking is, why have Kenyans lost trust with such government statements?? Thatβs the big question.
If it looks like a lie, walks like a lie, and quacks like a lie, itβs a lie.
Dr. Ahmed Idris: Some of the comments we have seen from Kenyans claiming that this Ebola case is fictitious or a ploy to mobilise resources are extremely disheartening. This case was tested in 2 different labs that meet international standards. Tweeting for likes might sound funny but itβs not funny in peopleβs lives. Letβs take this thing seriously
