Hello everyone, our $NUAI deep dive is now live on Substack
A tenant + financing is the major catalyst. Which we expect soon. But what would the deal actually be worth to shareholders? That’s the groundwork we’ve laid in this report.
We start with management hires and the roles they play, followed by a full site breakdown, power availability, and the sector’s tailwinds and headwinds.
We walk through permitting: what has been secured, what remains outstanding, and how requirements differ across the development phases. This ties into @Mark_AAIG technical series, which I’ll also link in the comments.
We then examine different financing scenarios for Phase 1 and Phase 2, showing how funding structures, ownership and potential dilution change the economics for shareholders.
Together, this builds a foundation for understanding the full campus and its planned 1.4 GW of gross capacity. As tenant and financing details emerge, we can quickly reassess the investment case: how much capacity is contracted, on what terms, what it costs to deliver, and how much value ultimately accrues to NUAI shareholders.
Ask us questions, challenge our assumptions, or discuss the report in the Substack subscriber chat. You can also connect to our Discord and join the dedicated NUAI deep-dive channel.

We’re hosting a members-only presentation and Q&A with fund manager @LucasSacerdote_ on our discord this Thursday, 8–9 p.m. Amsterdam time, to discuss our One to Watch report on LibertyStream and his recent deep dive with its CEO.
Ahead of the session, we’ve made our One to Watch report free to read on Substack.
The thesis? Turning oilfield wastewater into a source of lithium.
Oil production brings vast quantities of salty water to the surface. That water contains lithiuma key ingredient in batteries. LibertyStream aims to extract it using modular plants connected to existing infrastructure. The company says this approach could reduce upfront investment and accelerate expansion across multiple sites.
Oil producers already bring the water to the surface. Water companies can earn royalties on the lithium recovered. And the US could gain a domestic lithium source as it seeks to reduce reliance on foreign supplies.
But can LibertyStream scale this into profitable production?
@LucasSacerdote_ brings in-depth research into the companies his fund invests in and interviewed LibertyStream CEO Alex Wylie last week. Thursday is an opportunity to dig into the investment case, examine the execution challenges, and ask your questions.

$NUAI put up about $58 million of its own cash as collateral, which leaves it with very little free cash, so more share sales through the $100 million programme are now very likely. Macquarie also got another 413,055 warrants, and the Macquarie debt is now about $80 million.
Biggest item is that a jv seems to be completely off the table now… $NUAI
The proxy doc they attached in their mail is just regular housekeeping and US-listing-prep meeting. No reverse split proposed in it, so consistent with what management said on the September call. $LIB.V
New OTW-item is live on our substack, covering $LIB.V. Link in the bio.
According to this latest filing, this increases Pathfinder's # Shares held by 16,06%, and moves its stake to about 10,2% of the shares outstanding. $LIB.V
Pathfinder also receives about 3.1 million bonus shares (roughly 1.4% dilution) priced at C$0.98. This closes the remaining funding gap for Freedom 1 without an equity raise at today's price, which supports the December commissioning date. (Read below)
