LEADERS!!! MOMENTS are SPECIAL because of the PEOPLE in the MOMENT. It’s easier to find JOY IN THE WORK when you are helping other people FIND JOY IN THEIRS.

LEADERS! #1minwalk2work THROWBACK from ‘20. Take an ACTIVE ROLE in allowing people to STEP BACK during a break. Don’t overwhelm in an effort to inform. It may take something OFF OF YOUR MIND but it puts it DIRECTLY ON THEIRS.

I was on a birding trip with @theLLivingstone in pursuit of this bird . She spotted it , identified it and I’ll never forget that day.. or how cavalier she was ! It was standing at the side of the road !

Discipline
If we only desire compliance, we are often communicating power over, a need 4 control, & relief from the felt chaos in our nervous system.
If we desire connection, we can offer some time, space, & a felt presence inviting the nervous system inside and a place to rest.
