[New leaks 🚨] Pokémon Winds / Waves delay and anime hiatus:
- The decision to delay Winds & Waves from November 2026 to November 2027 was made at the very last moment in January, the games just weren’t ready yet.
- This caused a huge amount of scheduling issues across all The Pokémon Company’s projects.
- The anime is the most affected as the original plan was to end Pokémon Horizons in episode 136 but TPC convinced the anime producers to make an extra arc to tease Gen 10 with Navi having Konetsu.
- However due to the last minute delay they had to scrap a lot of their plans for the Gen 10 arc and replace Konetsu with Ditto.
- The Pokémon anime will go on hiatus starting on March 2027 until around September/October 2027.
- The reworked Gen 10 arc in Pokémon Horizons will now debut late 2027 and have around 25 episodes.
- Pre-production on the next Pokémon anime is underway however due to all delays it’s not expected to launch before 2029.
- Ash is not planned to come back, the new series will again focus on all regions.

The difference is Nintendo fans were already planning on seeing Mario Galaxy, so the amount of Star Fox fans who would only see the movie for Fox is minimal... Sonic in Angry Birds 3 will actually get people to be marginally interested
I will never get over how Daylight Savings is actually changing your sky cycle by 2 to 3 hours technically but everyone says it's only a 1 hour difference.
Ive officially seen everything. Not only is it rare to see anyone acknowledge Kid Icarus, but someone who thinks UPRISING is "Sakurai Fortnite slop". Truly a string of words id never expect to see. And I've beaten all three games buddy.
Pikmin 3's story was all a dream that Louie concocted in his head and perfectly explains the weird previously assumed alternate timeline oddities in the series. I'm working on a YT short going over this, but I'm going to summarize it in this thread
This also would explain why Pikmin 3 is the only game in the series devoted to recovering FOOD and all the captains are obsessed with eating rather than the series standard about treasure collection.
I know the last thing Nintendo needs is more white men in their twenties defending them tooth and nail, but no matter how scummy and cheap and entitled those guys get... ATLEAST we can count on them to make 100% authentic gems to sell to us for $50 higher than they should be

I never understand why people hate that Persona remakes are getting more stylized. Unique and flashy filled UI is not "Persona 5 spopification". They're making sick ass designs. The gatekeep reaching is insane. I get preferences but cmon guys p5 doesnt OWN COOL UI ANIMATIONS
I just dont mind the idea of making the Menus across the series stylized. Like hell Persona 4 Golden was doing a bunch of quirky TV animations before Persona 5, but we dont call foul play? Idk im not invalidating people's right to review, but the UI p5 angle feels forced frfr
People will try to tell you "The Theory channels didn't get worse, you're just upset it's not Matpat anymore" and yes while I preferred Matt, there was a layer of authenticity and uniformity. Now each channel feels corporatized and milked to the extreme.
I think some of the hosts are good! Film Theory is the only channel of the bunch that TRULY FEELS like Tom is TRYING to make the channel his own thing with his own takes and has a sense of personality. The others just feel like they're trying to be Matpat but with a price tag
